It was all GOD!!!!!! GOD !!!!!!GOD.!!!! Plenty of prayer and fasting went down. Couldn't sleep last night.
No document was requested.

Thanks guys. All my rehearsed questions were asked and I had my answers at my finger tip with loads of confidence.

Judging both interviews. I obviously did better in this. Was more confident.

I am still waiting for the arrival of my 1-20 , my school said they have sent it through Fedex, that they cant send me d softcopy, so they sent me my SEVIS ID number, should i wait for it to arrive or is there anything i can pay for using the sevis ID alone? though i was advised to wait for the hardcopy in order to be accurate with what is on the 1-20 and Ds-160.
Furthermore, does conditional admission (didnt knw why they wrote such after meeting all the requirements)have any effect on chances of visa?...-( to get minimum of B in the major courses)- Msc engineering ...thanks 4 ur response.

I know CC is totally red flag, and I think CCs are schools that offers 2yrs associate or so to my understanding. This one is offering me 4yrs BSc, that's y I said I should ask if it's still considered CC don't even understand again myself

Yes the undergraduate course and job function are related. Intended course to study is a broader field and still covers a bit of my current discipline. But the name of the course written on the I-20 is different from that on the admission letter they gave me.
Although, the course name on the admission letter is the correct one, I used the name written on the I-20 while filling the DS-160 form.

I hope I have not done anything wrong.

There is nothing stopping you from attending community college. Why people usually advice you not to go to the embassy with it is due to it credibility. The advice is, get a university and a community college admission, go to embassy with the university admission and when you secure your visa, when you arrive US you transfer to the community college or you run away

Hello everyone, please I'm new here. I'm an ND graduate currently working with a school of health technology in Imo state. I plan to further my study in the US where my Aunt lives and is a citizen. Using my ND cert it will require only two years of schooling in the University to get my degree certificate after which I'll come back to Nigeria and continue work. My questions are as follows :
1. How to i go about getting a visa?
2. What are the documents needed from my aunt to show she would sponsor my education and all that?
3. Do students get work permit?
Please, I'll appreciate it if I'm to be put through on what to do. Thanks

One more question, should I get and take along a "study leave letter" from my office since I intend to come back to the company after my studies.

Thank you Kennyrony. What if they ask for his business SOA to see details of the business transactions for clarification.
His personal account is where the funds are but no business transaction.
Can I include the certificate of incorporation of his company in which I was also listed as part of the 3 directors? The company account balance is not enough and does not have as much funds as his personal account which I want to use.

Hi bosses, please I need guidance here. My dad is my sponsor and he is a business man (contractor) but I am not using his business account, I want to use his personal account where more funds are. Is this advisable? As I will be stating that he is a business man if asked.
