I was denied August when I wanted to go during the Fall semester. I intend applying for emergency request but it says it is limited only to applicants who have not been refused a visa within the last six months at either the U.S. Embassy in Abuja or the U.S. Consulate General in Lagos. Please what do I do? Keep checking the site at mid night, u might see some1 who will cancel, then you reschedule. good luck |

LagosNIV: Everybody is applying on their own. That means a DS-160 for everyone who wants a visa. That means a fee for everyone who wants a visa. That means scheduling an appointment for everyone who wants a visa.
They may let the group interview together, but if they are all adults there is a good chance that they won't let them interview together.
The documents necessary for a B1/B2 visa have been gone over on this page several times - you should take a look around and you might be able to answer some more of your questions. Thanks so much for your prompt response. Happy to see VO responding to my question. Lol . Please there is a particular part on the DS-160 (Travel Companion Information) that state are there other person travelling with you? If yes, the persons Name. Can he choose Yes and put d persons details or No since they will be filling different DS-160 Thanks |

Are they going to be interviewed by different VO or Same VO. 5. And lastly what are the document he needed to go to the embassy with Thanks |

TemmieDeal: hello people, please i got a situation here and i need your advise asap.
I graduated from OAU 2012, served 2014. I just got admission into university of Bridgeport Connecticut for a graduate degree to resume spring 2016. My admission letter just landed today, but i actually have mixed feelings about it. I do not have any international exam result, all i have is my transcript and my certificate( loBATan) even doe my father is sponsoring me all the way. My fear now is going for the interview, which is fixed for next month.
Really don'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLEASE HELP It always advisable to write atleast 1 standardized test, but since you did not and you already book an interview, Just commit it to God hand and be composed... your response might determine if the VO will request for it or not. Be sharp.... All d best |

DARKLIGHT: Not everyone is asked to present bank statement. Bank statement is a supporting document not a compulsory document. But it's advised to go with it. My last interview I wasn't asked to present anything. Just follow what the gurus tell you to do, and don't forget to commit everything to Baba God. Bro longest time, how that angle na. Nobody told me a master's degree is one year but in Nigeria here I think the maximum semester is three. 30months written in my I-20 is two and a half years, thereby I'm not sure, that's why I asked the question The 30month is the maximum progam duration, you can finish you program in 18 or 24month if you can |

wiseman2392: Good day my people, can somebody help me out with this question? For instance a VO asked these questions 1. What is the scope of your course 2. What is the program length of your studies. But when I check my I-20, it was written 30months. Normally, a master's degree is one year course. What should be the response to these questions? I need your response from all angles because nobody can tell. Thanks. Q1. Probably the courses you will be taking Q2. You tell him/her What is written on your I-20 and who told you Master degree is one year |
