My Oyegun, Educational qualification upto "SSCE" or it equivalent and not a professional qualification, I'm a CHARTERED accountant is not and can never be equivalent to academic qualification the equivalent that the law of the land recorgnised is WAEC, NABTEB, NECO. for SSCE. and BSC, BTECH, HND, are the equivalent for graduates any other are added advantage not requirement or equvalent. Mr oyegun the way you wan twist this matter e be like say u self no get certificate. all institutions have individual policy for career progression or promotion, the fact that you are compensated with training and courses to attain high position with an institution does not mean those training certificate will be relevant outside such institution, mr oyegun please don't call red for us as black we are not colour blind we know what is what, this is the more reason why buhary must show us his certificate.

The irony of the whole scenerio is, during those period, majority of the soldiers recruited around 60's and 70's do not have certificates most expecially the northerners, they came in through voluntery services and climb through the rank by attending courses and training, therefore i will not be supprise if buary didn't have an Academic certificate, even if he doesn't have GCE atleast he must be affiliated to a particular school, let him write to his school, and let his school write to inec officially, logically, he shouldn't have involve the Nigerian Army, because the army did not send him on an errand, if you don't have your certificate, just write to your school and let your school release your transcript to your employer not disturbing your former employer over your predicament, assuming your prospective employer requested for confirmation/recommendation letter of former appointment, you can then refer to your former employer. thanks.

it is not about wealther buary contest with certificate or not, it is about objection, inec is an independent person, who can only act on the objection of any player to the character of his opponent, since there has not been any objection since 1983 till 2011, he was allowed to play but since the opponent now have objection against his character and put into writing to inec, then inec can now investigate and if found guilty, inec will now write to the party that produce him, informing the party that the person is of a questionable character and not eligible to run for any office in the land except through military coup.
