I am sure that if you were a senator, you wont see such a report, which the senate requests for before clearing nominies and ignore it. In a nutshell, I think there is even no need for the senate to request for such clearance anymore since it is of no consequence.

There's absolutely no dispute to the fact that magu is not the only one that can boss the anti-corruption committee.the question we should ask ourselves is... 'why are the likes of saraki,dino n other corrupt oriented bigots after magu? Yes I understood there's a report from DSS which question his integrity ,but till date there has not been any concrete facts n evidence to ascertain those claims...hence magu is not guilty of all allegations since his not been proven guilty by any competent court of jurisdiction. So... He(magu)remains the only credible and substantial man to head the commission.
