I just returned from work this evening after a very stressful day,power was interrupted, I brought out my torch, took my bath and only for me to see something creepy in my room. I hate seeing cockroaches and any creepy things so I pointed the torch and saw this big black scorpion ready to sting..

I freaked out almost collapsing cos I never saw scorpion. All my growing life in Lagos I only hear of it in stories or watch in cartoons. Only to come to Kaduna and see this big creature waiting for me.

You can imagine the fear and scream. I quickly took a snapshot and used my shoe with heels to attack. it kept jumping,I courageously kept hitting it. My neighbours came out to help me .
Though they said its the season here in the north that its normal I see it..... I kept wondering if scorpion too have seasons... I'm freaking out here. Scared of sleeping. Its very big. I didn't know I could kill it....
Some says its poison kills why others says it doesn't. I don't wanna know but just need more preventive measures. I flit my room regularly, I always lock my door even when I'm in. Dunno where this one came from.

I finished my NYSC July 2nd last year and ever since then i've been on a lookout.

Just early this week I got two job offers one with a startup company offering to pay 55K and another with a bank as an HR personnel and i'm been offer roughly 75k, but i'm confused on which of this two offers to go for.

Owing to the news of hire and fire in the banking industry, i'm really skeptical on resuming work on Monday, 4th of january.
