Thats where your ignorance fails you.... Progressive Country's currently are focused on skills rather than degrees. Nigerians focus on degrees that cannot earn them a job rather than a skill than readily provides a job. Nigeria is a nation churning out millions of degree holders looking for jobs instead of being like Kenya churning out skilled labor ready to create self employment. Reason why 419 scammers have knowlege but lack jobs thus turning into criminals. Japan is an example of country that has concentrated on skills.

It has been left to only both of this 2 East African countries showcasing the development agenda.
