I really wouldn't be surprised if Nwoye wins it. Good luck ndi Anambra. Look, most importantly... The people have spoken. APC, PDP, FRCN they're the same thing. |

Because this election had surely a low turnout, because of there sit at home order. Igbos don't like politicians, but a person who protects their interest against their perceived enemy. |

NwaAmaikpe:

Anambra indigenes are the most money conscious people in all of Nigeria.
This widespread avarice makes them quite desperate to acquire wealth. So compromise thrives a lot all around there.
The same people who spear-headed 'No lefeledum, no erection ' are the ones queuing up at polling booths collecting money and rice to vote. How many people did you see there? Mention you state, let's compare. Note: I'm not from Anambra state. |

The terrorists were so deadly during Jonathan and they were already striking in Abuja and we're almost penetrating the SW. If not PMB, some of us here might have been killed by Boko Haram. Like the moniker says, silly mod. Boko Haram has been Northern political weapon, perpetrated by the North and for the North. |

midolian: To those that believe in paying tithes as if your success in life depends on it, Y'all really need to sit and think well.
If you are successful, you are because you are successful..not because of the money you contribute for your pastor's private jet and upkeep. If you think giving to your pastor is what makes you fulfilled and successful, give to the obvious needy and see the fulfilment and blessing you ll get in return.
Dbanj should pay more tithe to revive his dying career if it actually pays to pay your tithe. I'm sorry for your emptiness, I'm not a fan of D'banj, nor a Yoruba guy, but the truth be said... No member of your family is a quarter of the man D'banj is in his failure, how much more in his glory. |

midolian: what has this got to do with the government? Most of you are hypocrites. Prove to us having an affair with an unmarried female colleague at work is against the Nigerian constitution..I mean what exactly has the IG done wrong? He had an affair with a junior colleague that has attained the age of consent (18)...Even though it takes two to make it work, you guys are still calling for his head.. Did he rape the lady? The fact that she had an affair with the IG does not mean she can never meet requirement for promotion. The brain is there, you guys should let it perform its duties. Think before you type and not the other way round.
As the IG rightly said, this is highly laughable I'm sorry for your morals. Bill Clinton almost got impeached for having an affair with Monica Lewinsky, not for raping her. The morals of the institution is on his shoulder, and as expected... He has a moral obligation to be professional in his conduct. Now, undue promotion given to his mistresses will be questioned in a sane environment, that's why people need to be professional in the dealing. |

greypencils: These ipob people no dey hear word. Are they representing millions of Ibo ppl in the north? No. Are they representing millions in lagos and all over the south-west? No. Are they representing Niger-deltans whose land they want to be part of biafra? No. Are they carrying any of these three ppl along? No. To them other ibos as far as they are not within the confines of the south-east can go to blazes. If wahala start for north na and ibo ppl are being haunted, its no business of theirs. To them the solution is for ibos in the north to come home. To what land? To what business? With what money? No ipob member is answering these questions. they are not bothered. Is that how to carry ppl along? Bunch of directionless elements. Have they ever sampled opinions of Niger-deltans to gain their support? No. It is to force ppl to join their revolution akwaya? It can never work until they plan and talk and plan. You talk your way into independence the way Nigeria talked her way out of the grips of colonial powers. Not one bloodshed. The solution is to plan and not just gallivant about like directionless useless elements. I'm yet to see how IPOB affects your business, yet you aren't pained at how many lives lost, since the emergency of Boko Haram. Be more concerned about your Nigerian, instead of Biafra. |

If at all they are not satisfy, is there no other means to check mate the executive. Budget implementation does not mean 100 percent but spend according to availability of fund and use judiciously. At least we can what this govt is spending money on it like agriculture, roads, power, creation of jobs eg N-power and school feeding just to mention a few. The PDP lawmakers should please tell us how they implemented during their own tenure and show us the cash available then in term of total revenue to total expenditure. All what they are fighting for is not because of you and me but failure of federal govt to give them all what they are asking for from the budget. Set of crook that doesn't want a better Nigeria. Just for them and their family to be living large. God will punish them all. Did they (APC) implement 2015, 2016, 2017 at least up to 30%, and if yes...
