1st rooting, then flash a recovery, then download the ROM and the Gapps for that ROM, then flash the ROM and Gapps .

I would suggest you install another ROM, this one has some hard to ignore issues, i plan on moving to something else soon.

Go to Aktc park, when you get there, enter bus going to Onitsha or Aba because you can't find anything worthwhile in Uyo, except maybe Tropicana.

Go to device administrators and uncheck anything there that's checked, also go to encryption and decrypt your phone, that should work.

The video was made before homosexuality was officially made illegal in Nigeria by Jonathan's administration, it's not an open case, in the eyes of the law she didn't commit any crime since it wasn't a crime when did it.

It doesn't work like that, blowing up a nuclear power plant isn't going to just cause a meltdown, they'll need to work much harder than that to cause an incident also the technology used to harness nuclear power has come a very long way.

If causing a meltdown was that easy international terrorists would target such facilities rather than office buildings.

Does it get stuck at 100%? if it does all you have to do is close the play store through the recent apps screen then open it again, your apps or updates will install then, I think it's a recent Google play update that's causing this problem.
