For me Mode 9 is better than M.I on the lyrics/delivery but M.I got an edge over m9 with swag and charisma. To say the fact that's the only thing i'm feeling M.I on (swag). I don't see myself copping the album "talk about it" but I def see me coppin' Paradigm shift anyday. i've heard a couple of songs on air they sound to me like child's play thing. what do u expect from a mode 9 album? suspense, intrigue, word play, punch lines, metaphors! i mean lyrics like i'm so underground the devil's like yo who down there or even though u own an arcade u ain't got game!

[b]Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor has moved closer to his potential switch to Manchester City, it seems, with Sky Sports News reporting that a hearing has been scheduled in Manchester tomorrow to determine whether the player can be awarded a work permit.

City's capture of another striker, Carlos Tevez from Manchester United, was confirmed today, as the club's bid to become a European and global powerhouse moves into overdrive.

Manager Mark Hughes had earlier confirmed to reporters that the Citizens were in discussions over a move for the Togolese, with reports yesterday suggesting that a bid of £22million had been prepared, with the Eastlands outfit prepared to offer the player £170,000 a week in wages - double what he is reported to earn at Arsenal.

Arsenal and Manchester City are in talks over the transfer of Togo striker Emmanuel Adebayor.

Sky Sports News reports that the Arsenal hitman is set to begin contract negotiations with the Eastlands side.

Adebayor has been linked with a move away from the Gunners with reported interest from Barcelona and AC Milan.

However, it appears Manchester City have stolen a march on their rivals by agreeing a £20 million fee.

City manager Mark Hughes is desperate to bring in quality names, and has been chasing Chelsea and England captain John Terry, as he attempts to kick-start his Eastlands revolution.

Sky Sports also report that the transfer of former Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez is nearing completion.

It is believed that Tevez has opted to move to the city rivals of his former club over a switch to Chelsea.

Filipe Luis has made no bones about his desire to team up with Barcelona after three years of service with Deportivo La Coruna.

According to Sport, Filipe has returned from his holiday early to meet with Deportivo president, Augusto Cesar Lendoiro, and ask him to accept Barcelona's offer, believed to be in the region of €9 million.

The president of the Catalan club, Joan Laporta, claimed yesterday that Deportivo were yet to respond to their offer, but Lendoiro said today that he has not been contacted by Barcelona chiefs yet.

Filipe, meanwhile, is still hopeful that Lendoiro will give him the green light to sign for Barcelona, telling Sport, "Today it will be all or nothing. I want to go."
