Your last line sounds like laziness. You said the fact was established some hundreds of years ago. I know the scientist that designed the globe model, his work was published the day he died. He probably wanted not be questioned that was why he kept the journal till he died.

The scientific community picked it up and celebrated it just like celebrating Pluto as a planet before it was known not to be true. Just like stating we have 3 States of Matter when we clearly have seen 15 States of matter at the moment.

If you were told when you were 6 yrs old that Earth is round and you will believe that notion at 40 without fact-checking what does that make you ? Will you just swallow everything you are told because a Scientist say so ? Well, I am a scientist, this is what I studied in the University and I can tell you its a lie. If you did not study Astronomy, Astrophysics,Quantum mechanics, Advanced Physics, well, I did. And I am telling you that the 'truth' we have been taught is a lie.

Even if you want to use the current Big Bang model and study the Micro Wave Background in the cosmos using the flat earth model, everything checks out, but using the globe model, scientist are still trying to pitch together the String Theory to understand the origin of the universe. Well, I know it now.

click on portal tab >> my applications. You should see your applications there.

Once they're in pdf and below 320kb (in total), you will then select the three documents one after the other (in the order stated) then click 'save & continue) to start the upload.

That was the exact process I followed. Which browser did you use to apply?

refresh the page, if possible log out and log in again. then go to my profile and continue with your registration

I guess it is a programming error. The programmer might have mistakenly set the minimum number of documents to 4 instead of 3. I just hope they rectify it soon.

Modified: Still didn't work even with four files.

That it doesn't download more than 10 MB is not true. The latest version of opera allows you to download files of large size. I still downloaded a file of 20+ MB with it yesterday. Just ensure your phone is on 3G

TypeError: manipulate_data() takes 1 positional argument but 5 were given
please edit that code so its more readable. use

            positive += 1
        else:

What I'm saying in essence is that the reason why it's giving that error might be because the numbers were not enclosed as a list.
