slimchi2k2: (social "pressure"wink what about ur health, what will u tell ur children if u got them smoking
I did think about that a lot as well. Initially when we started the deed we were in high school and the friends were like..:"oh,it'll help u manage ur weight".

But as time went on,I realised that it makes u look like u can't even deal with problems cause every now and again u must go take a smoke to cope with every day pressures that other people deal with without any nicotine.

My problem now is whether I should mention that I'm an ex smoker when I meet someone or even on gym or health insurance forms? Its actually embarrassing now. undecided angry

I think that a lot of guys may share your opinion. I think that women may not be take more seriously for long term relationships if they smoke.

Women smoking is now declining in the developed world and increasing in the developing world.

Any thoughts on the matter and what could be causing this.

Hi everyone

I would like to know your opinion on women who smoke cigarettes.

Do you think its unattractive, acceptable or not . Do you have a problem with dating a woman who smokes and why?

And lastly is it fair for society to discriminate against women who smoke?

CareerRe: Is It Mandatory To Send Xmas/new Year Sms To Ur Boss? by khukhi(f): 10:43pm On Jan 06, 2013
eledalo: 5 Naira text message?

If that boss does not give you Christmas bonus or turkey and oil, the employee will come here and rant about how the boss is wicked, you want to leave the company, his wife hates you, his brother is chasing you, blah blah blah. But to send text to say Happy New Year Boss Lets make more money this year is hard. Why?
Work is work. Most companies here close on the 24th of Dec. I'm not thinking about my boss when I'm on holiday. Its as simple as that. I don't feel forever indebted to some boss because we work for a huge organisation and at the end of the day he's just an employee as I am.

If I am female and I'm reporting to a man,the last thing I want is to send unnecesary msgs to a man over the holidays because "men are sneaky" and they might interpret that otherwise. I had a crush on my previous boss and for that reason I kept everything strictly proffessional to avoid anything at all. I guess you might not get it as a man... wink

CareerRe: If U Can Start Schooling Over Again, will U Change Ur Course??? by khukhi(f): 10:51am On Jan 02, 2013
I would've gone the Law route had I not been fooled into believing that u cannot get a good job without mathematics even though I was never good at it through out my 12 years of school...

I'm glad I took time to go back to school cause now I'm doing what I love and my education is related to what I'm doing now.

Sometimes its good to find yourself. I also have a lot of friends who were on varsity and now they hate what they studied there and have had to start over all over again.
CareerRe: Is It Mandatory To Send Xmas/new Year Sms To Ur Boss? by khukhi(f): 10:44am On Jan 02, 2013
Its not mandatory. Work is work and unless you and your boss have a very good relationship other than the work relationship then you can do so.

I got messages from some of my team members over the holidays but I refused to take any calls from my collegues because I did not want to think of my company over my December break.

I guess it depends from person to person so I'd suggest that one needs to learn his/her manager well then make that decision at your own descretion .

snydergp: I don't know if ur just a lost soul or plain naïve.

Every region on this continent has a country which leads in that area. Ethiopia and Kenya in the Horn and Central, Nigeria in West, Egypt and Tunisia in North, Angola and South Africa in southern africa what else do u expect.

Morroco is not even part of the AU it rejected africa and considers itself a borderline euro nation and it wants EU membership. I bet ur morocco-bullsh*t site didn't tell u this

To talk about SA and Nigerian rivalry asive its purely based on the involvement in other african nations affairs is total hogwash.

Tell me who was responsible for brokering peace in South Sudan and Khartoum a few weeks ago.

On the Mali issue SA offered logistical support, what else do u expect if we deploy our army in a region where other african states already have capable forces to engage those rebels we will be accused again of having a big brother syndromegrin.

South Africa's history of involving itself in other sovereign states is also another reason why SA is very cautious in involving itself militarily on the continent without a UN mandate and that's a fact.

There are foolish CRETINS like u on this form who continue to push this socalled Nigerian-South African fight for africa's leading nation. Of course in future Nigeria by its economic and population size it should be one of Africa's most influential states and should take the forefront in african politics especially in the West African region and this goes likewise for South Africa.

Stop this bullsh*t of pitting us against each other this is one of reasons why africa is in its current state of outdated nationalism, tribalism, class-elitisism,racist politics and religious intollerence.

Fool u are just another Maggot on its way to out.
On point. He's a troll. smiley

acidtalk: Who is complaining?
You people haven't seen nothing yet.
All over the world, Nigerians are known the be the biggest critic of his fellow citizen.

We derive pleasure in not promoting ours, criticizing ours as well as doing everything possible to allow a foreign nationale shine over ours.

What have we done to support the likes of Soundcity and Niajizee? NOTHING!!!

We were all excited when HiTV went underground, paving the way for Multichoice (DSTV) to monopolize the entire PayTV market.

While South Africans are supporting the likes of Channel O, Trace and others, we are here distamcing ourselves from Soundcity and the rest.

Imagine Nigerians wanting to kill themselves to win a South African based awards like Kora. Whereas those people don't give a hoot about any of our so called awards.

The saying "united we stand and Divided we fall" we forever have an impact of a Nations success or failure.
Why do certain individuals often make up stories about conspiracies against Nigeria, be it in sports, or the media or politics? Is it correct to say Nigerians are often dramatic, or it is a few individuals ?.

HealthWorst Weight Loss Remedy - Urine Therapy by khukhi(op): 10:28pm On Oct 16, 2012
[YEA] 05/22/2011: Yogagirl from Orange County,
Ca: "After researching the benefits of urine on this
website and others, I finally mustered up the
courage to give it a try and was pleasantly
surprised.
I was 30 pounds overweight and always feeling
bloated, my stomach would get in the way when I
bent over and it was hard, like I was pregnant. At
54 years of age, I knew pregnancy was not the
problem. I was really frustrated because whatever
I did, I could not lose weight. It did not matter if I
ate nothing for a few days, I never lost weight. I
only gained. I had three different sizes of clothes
in my closet as I gradually progressed to bigger
and bigger sizes.
Before starting the urine therapy, I was very
constipated. The urine therapy, fasting for 24
hours on urine only, cured that immediately. For
the next few days, I went to the bathroom and
went and went and went. I could feel my
stomach getting smaller as time went by.
Although I continued drinking urine every
morning, the constipation came back again after
a couple of weeks
I had gotten a book, The Water of Life, by J W
Armstrong, who advocated urine fasting, urine
enemas, urine massages, and of course, urine
drinking. He maintained you could cure any
health problem by following urine therapy and
provides case histories in his book. So I tried the
urine enemas, and they did the job. I had to
resort to them several times, but you just felt
clean inside after doing them. I really feel they
kickstarted my body back into working again. I
felt this feeling of something moving near my
heart area, kind of a scraping sensation, and I
was trying to research what organs were in the
heart area, or was I having a heart attack. It was
not a heart attack, as I am still alive and feeling
better than ever. I do feel that something was
plugged up and it started moving again.
I started saving excess urine and started bathing
in it, with a gallon of urine to a tub of water. It
really helped my varicose veins, as it stimulates
the circulation and helps get rid of blockages.
After soaking in a urine bath for about an hour, I
had to scrape my skin because all this dark
material would start coming out of my skin, I
think it was all of the impurities in my skin. I
would have to do the urine baths twice a week
because it would take a while to accumulate urine
for a bath. In the meantime, my skin was trying
to get rid of the impurities in it, so I ended up
having very itchy skin between baths. Soaking in
the urine baths always got rid of the itches. And I
always felt thinner after taking the baths, and
really clean. Your skin feels noticeably softer. And
you do not smell like urine after bathing in it. It is
supposed to be beneficial for your hair too, and
help to keep your hair from going gray, although
my hair is still gray.
In short, it has been six months since I started
the urine therapy and I could not be more
delighted with the results. At virtually no cost, my
wrinkles are less, my weight is less, my varicose
veins are less, my bloated stomach has gone way
down, my skin is softer. I have always been very
healthy, but I just feel great now like I did in my
40's. I have a desk job so I sit for eight hours a
day, and my knees started locking up right before
I started the urine therapy. That is no longer a
problem.
Just a few words of caution, I have not eaten beef
or pork for about twenty years (not
recommended by Edgar Cayce), but I do eat
lamb, chicken and fish. Chicken can give your
urine a bitter taste, lamb makes it taste really
good, like a good broth. If you try urine therapy,
you may want to modify your food choices so you
can tolerate your therapy a little better. Your skin
does get really itchy with the urine therapy, but
the itchiness does go away eventually and your
skin is really clear after that."
