The gift of life and death is through breathing. One when we are born (inhaling) and the other while we're exiting (exhaling). It's simple but deep understanding comes from simpler things. You don't need any religion to know God, just know thyself and the answers you seek will come to you like magic. They say God created us in his image and likeness and in truth he lives in us, so how the fk do you need a middle man now to reach him  Can't you see it's limiting? How can a normal stomach take food with beer, yoghurt and boiled eggs combination? If you love yourself and your recent positioning you will avoid them. Trust me they are not coming because they suddenly realized you are the love of their lives, you and I know what and why they are waltzing back.
