Irelokeh: Hello Nairalanders, I'm a 100lvl Student in a University based in the North,I have suffered so much to get admission which I value so greatly...God so good I was given a course I grew to like, but the school unfortunately released our supplementary list about 4 months after the 1st list was released so I came only to find out exams was just few weeks away, I resumed late my parents had to sweat out my fees, I wrote all de exams but I didn't know anything in some my prerequisite... I studied hard but only for me to find a CGP of 1.65 last semester (with 3 CO's, one due to a not registered course) , I'm ready to work hard come this 200h lvl but my question is Should I restart 100 lvl or can I still graduate with a 2nd class upper that I seek despite this poor performance in 100lvl. Thank you It depends on the University. Different University with different marking scheme. If its Delta state University you are in trouble, if its UNIBEN thank God. All the same you can still make a second class lower but ur gonna burst ur a$$ studying. |

Nairaland General › Re: $100 Give Away!! I'm Darn Serious Too!! by kidman96(m): 4:22am On Sep 20, 2016 |
vicchi12: Hello Nairalanders!!
And yes!!! You really read it right. So, I'm an average nairalander like you. I've struggled and I've once almost lost hope in God and in myself. However, God has been good. There were times I was so broke, I'll ask random people for money out of desperation. And the shame that will come out of it is nowhere near here. I'm still getting there, but something came to my mind. I've always thought to be a blessing to people. I don't have a lot friends. I don't know how to start. I'm reluctant about taking my tithe to church. I understand things are going great for Nigeria, as a Nigerian, I feel like I have to step up to help my people. I don't think I have to be a millionaire or billionaire for that to happen. I know I love to give. It makes me feel darn good! So I decided to start here in nairaland. Yup! I also want to be anonymous because I don't believe the world has to know. I want God to bless someone through me on this platform. And keep in mind, if this goes well, this will only be the beginning. I'm a student and I also work full time. So yea, the works of my hands are clean. Who knows, I might be organizing some other greats events and collaborating with nairaland in the future. Yup! I notice we have forgotten how to be angels. My people, let's remember how it feels to give without expectations. Let's learn how to love, laugh, live. Let's not wait on Buhari, let's start with ourselves, family, community.... let's make Naija great again!!!
So! For a start, I'm giving way $100.00 to someone by Friday of this week. When God blesses me more, we will increase it. Hopefully, Seun will be nice to start a charity thread. We need it Seun. Please look into it.
Everyone is special, and we all have a special story. I will like for any special 'somebody' out there to tell me why he/ she deserves the money. I please note that I will verify your story. No lies please....heads up, I'm a Psychology major too, so no games!!!! I want Us to cultivate the act of kindness and giving without asking for anything in return. So please, let's start. And people, this is legit! I don't want your personal information, your money.. all that, no. I just want us to be human and humane.
Good luck!
P.S :Please, I need verifiable proofs. I mean real proof, please. If I may ask, please help me to make the right decision. I want you to please back it up. For example.. I need it because .... and I've done .... real stories. I am the oldest child in a family of 10 dad and mom included. I am 32yrs,a second graduate since 2007 without a job. My siblings are all in Benin and out of school all looking up to me.my dad is a driver and my mom an off and on trader, both separated. I have searched and searched for a job to no avail. Things are really hard. I have been working at a carwash in my area till I had a. Bike accident and broke my left arm in April. I traveled to benin for cheap treatment. I am back now but cant can't wash cars now and I only came with 10k which I hope to take me till next month hoping for a miracle. My plan has always been to apply for a US visa and hope for a miracle so I can assist my family but raising the money for the visa fee has always been tough. I was able to get my passport before my accident but now I can't do the work I used to do. Please the $100 would about get the visa fee for me and like you said you would verify my story,I could even pay the fee in their GTB account in ur presence. I know there are other people out there who maybe more in need of it than me. If you could help me get a job that can earn me $150 which is the visa fee I would be glad, even if I have to work for 2 months for it. I will give you any info u need to confirm my story. You will be helping my entire family. |

Autos › Re: A Nairalander Needs A Bicycle (what Are The Features To Look For When Getting A by kidman96(m): 3:33pm On Jul 29, 2016*. Modified: 3:52pm On Jul 29, 2016 |
YOLO1: I just got a job in the city and I spend the major part of my salary on transport fare. Apart from going to work, am also involved in religious and social activities here and each day I spend between #800 to #1200 on transport. It just occurred to me now that I could get a bicycle to save my transport costs. Even though I know how to ride bicycle very well, I still need advice on the features to look out for when buying a bicycle. I need one that is strong, rugged and with good speed. Also I don't want a bicycle that will zap all my energy because I will be riding for long hours everyday. Thanks as you contribute. Mods. Kindly help me get this to where people can see and contribute. Don't buy a bicycle its not safe... Your chances of being involved in an accident is high and God forbids it happens you may end up spending ur saved up salary and ur future salary treating ur self if you are lucky. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3714419/Horrific-moment-Oxford-graduate-cyclist-26-sucked-lorry-crushed-beneath-wheels-one-London-s-dangerous-junctions.html?ito=social-facebook |

Muhammad is a paedophile and a barbaric war monger who taught his followers to kill and marry under aged girls and treat women badly and kill non Muslims and lied to them that there are 70 virgins waiting for them in heaven... I wonder how disappointed they would be when they find themselves in hell. |
