I sent the fax to them as you suggested yesterday and I’ve sent a couple today also. They haven’t acknowledged any as my dashboard still remains the same. Perhaps there’s something I’m doing wrong. I unticked the box that says send in high resolution and color. I got information from someone that they accept only copies that come in black. Can you please pm me with a screenshot of the fax you sent to them maybe I’ll be able to spot an error or two on the ones I’ve sent to them. You said they received it immediately and I suppose you were able to confirm that they’ve received it almost immediately on your dashboard.

The update on my WES profile is that all documents received and they are reviewing. How about your degree certificate, have you found a solution to it?

Notification of result should work. I will suggest you fax them the notification of result and make sure you include your ref number. Thats what i did and it was received immediately and updated the next day on my profile. You can do that tomorow.

Does your notification of result not have expiry date on it? Cos mine expired a year after it is been issued which i think its no more valid for any use again, had to request for original certificate.

When you fax it to them, they should acknowledge the receipt. Then if the notification accepted, you will see it on your profile. So try that option to know whats the problem.

No update yet on my profile. My status was last updated last on the 29th january. Guess it should be done by Monday.

Has your WAEC confirmation been updated on WES profile?

Bro it just got delivered today also. I guess it takes 2days for WES to update it. Then 5-7days for evaluation but not sure though

Thank you for your time in helping me with this info. I actually applied for the confirmation at WAEC on the 16th of January. I was told by the courier agent(UPS) that it will take 2 weeks and then i will receive my tracking number. But i haven't heard from her. I think i will wait for some weeks more. That is the only documents delaying my evaluation with scratch card which i included with the application.

Hello Everyone,
I sent my transcript to WES through FEDEX and on Monday I confirmed that it was delivered and signed for. However it’s been more than 24hours and my document hasn’t been received by WES. At least that is what it says when I try to use the WES track your document option. Has anybody had similar experience? Usually how long would it take before they acknowledge receipt of the transcript. Thank you for your response.
