Solution to criminals having guns,is more guns?

Solution is providing law abiding citizens the means to protect themselves against those criminals. It doesn't mean the gun law in America is perfect. Stricter policy is always welcome.

By the way Nigeria law allows for Gun ownership. You can always get a gun licensed in Nigeria legally if you are up to age of forty or you are legally employed or in business. But you are limited to Double Barrel or .22 bird rifles!!! The license is renewed annually.
