III. What you're seeing inside Orochimaru's technique is not a suppression of chakra but a suppression of consciousness which in a jinchuuriki, it involves suppression of the entire beast consciousness and chakra both the jinchuuriki and the owner can reside inside and switch consciousness freely but for orochimaru's technique once, one is free, it takes over
IV. Orochimaru indeed swallowed sasuke and entered his body, so sasuke didn't absorb orochimaru. From what i described above you can see that orochimaru commenced the first part of his jutsu the right way, the problem came when it was time to suppress sasuke's consciousness and sasuke used his sharingan to reverse that. So you can see that sasuke did not absorb orochimaru if we break it down except you say that orochimaru's technique is a form of absorbtion of a human rather possessing their bodies as it has been proven to be..

3. Yes the sealer and the Sealee, humans not chakra constructs. Now how do you know that the death God seal Was used to seal the Kyuubi into the death God? That's a baseless assumption.. Minato Said that he wanted to seal half into himself and then the other half into naruto..
a. So in essence the second half could not return to the first half because it was not sealed into the death God direct but into minato. This and points listed above explain why kurama is not a traditional soul and also could not return to minato.
Now i know there's another objection rising in your head concerning what i just said so let me hit you with another theory
3. What if i said that the death God Jutsu was just used to PULL out kurama's YING chakra OVER LONG DISTANCE, (carefully note that i have given you two reasons why he would use that jutsu) so that he could seal it into himself with the 8 trigrams seal. Explains everything. Proof that it was the 8 trigrams seal? Look at the markings on Minato in his Kyuubi mode..

Shiki fuujin seals the object into the human that sacrificing himself, there this crusifix looking thing infront of it that represent the sealer. That is the sacrifice to be made. Why am i even describing this, u shud know, u seem to have forgotten sarutobi's fight with oro and the edo kages. Did u see he needed clones jux to seal the other kages, and used himself to seal oro's arms? But please i await ur reply on this.

Sarutobi probably said what pertains to his situation at that time(the eternal battle) while Minato said his(splitting of chakra in half and sealing it forever)...you should know that there might even be other rules that pertains to it and dont just assume that what Sarutobi said is final...

The only way they can run out of chakra is if they diminish into nothing...
