@bigiyaro, I think you should continue with the breast milk. One of my kids had this as a baby too. The pharmacist that was to dispense the eye drops told me flatly not to use it. He recommended breast milk and it went gradually. Relax.

@lululuv, my son had something similar to what you described last week. We went to see a paed. Blood tests were run antibiotics given (cefuroxim). No cream was given since it didn't itch. She recommended savlon bath and dipping cotton wool in savlon to rub on the skin if necessary. I met another woman at the hospital who brought her son for a similar case. I also got a call that my nephew had similar thing too over the weekend. I don't know if it is some kind of outbreak.

Sadly, quite a number of men are like that. Putting family before their wives ( jazz aside). It takes wisdom on the man's part to balance things out.

This lecturer undecided no be new thing. Back in the mid/ late 90s, the fear of falling into his hands was the beginning of wisdom. Everyone prayed to pass his course at a sitting especially girls.

@ kelizosuy

If you had a spinal, it could be spinal headache. It will usually go on its own. My doctors advised I sip on coke or take Panadol extra cos of the caffeine content. It didn't do much though.

Had that experience some years back in a teaching hospital. My hubby's very good pal happened to be the one on duty. There's no big deal. He was the one feeling uncomfortable not me. grin. Safe delivery is key

Good morning house. I have been a peeper most of the time (pardon me). I have this testimony to share and I'll love for you to thank God on my behalf. Today is my birthday and 10th wedding anniversary. Gone through 9 pregnancies and 3 live births, the last one Arrived on 17th August. If it is not God, I don't know who else could have done it.

@katchycouture my sis it is well. Had my last baby 35+ weeks due to hbp. Was in the hospital for a week getting steroids to develop baby lungs before the cs. I except Drs in gh to be more proactive though. My baby came out fine and didn't need an incubator. She will be 3 soon

I'd love to get my daughter a bicycle for her birthday. She will be three years old on 24th December. She hasn't stopped singing it into my ears since she saw one in a store way back. I also pray for a good job.

Family / Re: Women Who Gave Birth Via CS (Caesarean Section) Are Now Being Shamed? by kimoyo: 11:29am On May 02, 2015
had my first child through c/s after 5+ years of marriage and six miscarriages along the way. when my mum came to see us in the hospital and learnt it was c/s, come and see the look on her face like someone just died. that was the look she wore for the period she stayed to take care of the baby. there was a day during that time that she said if we had told her we were going to undergo c/s, she wouldn't have allowed it. that she didnt even inform some people that i put to bed because she didnt know how she'd face them. i was so pissed (after suffering hbp in pregn twice), i told her that when those people she's trying to please find their children in the position i found myself, they should sacrifice their children on the altar of what will people say. (i said it in my language so it hit home well).
the question "is it normal delivery or c/s?" has become the new is it a boy or a girl. i have experienced it repeatedly. even on the phone, you will hear their sigh once you say it is c/s. it used to bother me but when i look at God's gifts to me, i no dey care again. i even show some friends who want to see the operation spot.
