First you have to determine the cause.
*A sperm culture and sensitivity should have been done alongside the analysis such that if there's any infection, it can be treated accordingly.

*Your DH should also get checked to rule out Varicocele.
He should cut down on Alcohol and Tobacco smoking as they negatively affect sperm health.

*Good nutrition and vitamins such as Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Vitamin E also helps.

Almost all the parameters are good, very good. The sperm motility is low though at 15%, It should be 40% and above.
This means the sperms are not moving fast enough to get to the egg.

Please are you still in the Gambia, my brother is planning to relocate.

Gambia is not bad at all but then sponsoring people for master abroad is not happening here. Am currently in Gambia teaching in the highest paid international school, the take home is not too good , but I make so much I mean so much money from private classes. No don't stay Istanbul beyoglu area that is Taksim Square (Taksim Meydanı) is majorly tourist area but if you are looking for area which you can find Nigerians Esenyurt area !

2nd Beylikdüzü but area almost same area but (Beylikdüzü) is rent is higher than Esenyurt and Beylikdüzü is cool but high rent and Beylikdüzü is better than Esenyurt .

Aksaray is almost a business area where you will find almost all Africans doing business but for living i can't never stay in Aksaray because most house in this Aksaray are old bulding like staying you want to stay around idumota isale eko old bulding most people who stay in this areas are francophone countries most nigerian i know only have office Aksaray and after business they go to Esenyurt at night which is where most live bus from Aksaray to Esenyurt 76D and Beylikdüzü bus is 145T .

first thing you must get a personal number sim card which you must buy with your passport immediately you arrive Turkey .

I will also advise you to make sure you buy sim card from VODAFONE network because there are better and they are also allow you to call international call when you buy the package for international call why some other network like Turkcell or Türk Telekom don't have package foe international call to Africa and Türk Telekom sometime have but is expansive on like VODAFONE .

After you get sim card ! Reason why you must have personal sim card which is your personal number is you need the number to book appointment to submit your resident permit application because the appointment date will be your personal phone number and when the resident permit is approve and ready to be deliver to you via PTT which is Turkey government post office the number is what they will you an sms on and let you know when is ready .

I will advise you to make sure you contact who ever want to help you with resident permit within 3 days you arrive in Turkey this will make your resident permit come out fast because the person helping you will need the arrival stamp page on your passport and you turkey visa it very important .

Some agent charge between 350$ to 500$ because you need resident address and the address must not be between ( esenyurt or fatih ) So the agent will may charge you addition $100 to help you get home address in other city which is not in esenyurt or fatih to process you resident permit application .

Please understand i am not an agent am just given you fact information base on my experience .

Mind you i did my own resident permit direct with a turkey company who is specialist on immigration matter i will never hand my passport to any Africa person or Nigeria person our people are funny i guess you must understand what i mean by our people are funny
