really good post, but you stressed to ladies not to roll with rich men - what about the case whereby a poor man met a lady and agreed to marry each other - then the couple hustled together and made money bigtime! - then the bobo see say he done get money so decides to sleep around? that happens a lot - the best thing is to pray to God to give you a faithful partner or a man like me ![]() |
@ all competitors where in the bible does this passage come from 1) "Blessed is the man, whose sins, the Lord does not count against him" 2) Where in the bible did God say that it is his decision whether to have mercy on people or not. anyone that answers this question should agree that he/she is a genius ![]() |
@poster, Leave the jerk and move on. You would be proud of yourself in the future if you don't linger on too much about the jerk. There are so many guys out there that you can choose from - including me Heartbreak happens all-day everyday. Keep your head up and be strong!Do you have another guy in mind? You can choose me, leave the jerk ![]() |
@chokit, black insurance doesn't work these days. i need a more practical solution ![]() |
start with what you have and grow into a larger business company as you make profits. As per location for your business, it depends on your target customers. If your ice-cream is affordable with a sweet taste, I guarantee you that you would sell well well. Secondary school children would be your regular customers ![]() |
What measures can be taken to keep robbers out of a restaurant in Lagos or any state in Nigeria. I need ideas please. After reading an article about how robbers attack restaurants, I feel a bit disheartened because I am planning to start a restaurant soon in Nigeria. ![]() I know the idea of employing security guards BUT it seems as if the security guards are the ones robbing their employers. I need an idea which doesn't involve employing security guards or our famous nigeria police awaiting replies ![]() |
@ naijacutee, thanks for your reply. I have no experience in the field of property auctions but I am an expert in the field of property renting . Likewise, I know what I want in a property and know how to choose a good property but I am working my way up, to achieve financial stablility ![]() @ afropean, Thanks for your reply too. I will check out those website links. As per paying 10% and then the remaining balance in 28days, a person needs to be somewhat of a millionaire to be able to do that. ![]() |
Can someone please tell me where I can buy very cheap properties in UK at auction prices. I also want to know whether I can apply for mortgage on an auctioned property in UK. waiting replies, |
Buy a couple of danfo, put it on the road. My favourite spot/state for transportation business is Lagos. Then comes the challenge:- You need LOYAL & FAITHFUL drivers, You need to settle the area boyz/omo-oniles, if you really prosper you would definately get other registered agencies extorting money from you. ![]() |
@ all, Hello, I intend to run a restaurant business soon. Please can someone please provide me with information about the prices of Mr. Biggs food items. I am more interested in the the price of their chicken burger. I want to know the price of Chicken Burger at Mr. Biggs. Looking forward to your replies. ![]() |

@ Seun, Have you been successful in registering your trademark? I want to register my trademark too. Please tell me how you did yours, if you have done it. @ others, Like how much does it cost to register trademark in Nigeria? , waiting for replies ![]() |
@ poster, u can fall in love as many times as u wish. but me, i only fell in love once - because i was the most stupid guy that ever existed on earth back then but now, i learnt my lesson - so just like "babeelove" said, na business contract remain! - WHAT CAN U GIVE ME forget about what u want from me ![]() |
when my girl left me, I cried seriously in public ![]() And why did she dump me? She caught me sleeping with her best friend! Is that a crime? but I learnt the harsh way. My friends laughed at me. After one month I decided to officially become a love-vendor . Becoming a serious professional love-vendor was my only cure. ![]() |
@ uspry1, I see you have a big project going on here. Where can I get more information about your project. I have a friend who would definately be interested in investing in your project. You can contact me on gurufarmer@yahoo.com |
I'd give all of it to the oputa panel / the Yar'dua administration to help repair nigeria. ![]() |
Well I was thinking the sector of society that may be interested in this kind of scheme might be: the working young middle class maybe with similar interests e.g young engineers, secretaries, admin staff, bankers, IT specialists, or even people who work in a different cities or areas quite a distance from where they live, or young adults who are ready to leave their parents home but can't afford a house of their own. Do you agree?Yes, the young middle class is a good target. I can assure you that they are plenty in Nigeria. I was concerned about the security and reference checks. I think your idea of having dedicated agents to check up on a person's past history is good. It would assure the prospective house-sharers about safety. Hint: You could also have a clause in your tenancy agreement that states that if the tenant stays longer than scheduled/agreed for, the tenant would pay extra charges in addition to the normal basic rent which you collect. ![]() |
@poster Never really heard of such, whereby you dont put money down and they hand you the keys to a house ![]() Unless you reach an agreement with the house-owner to pay "small-small", towards your ownership of the house. ![]() |
@Liz Good idea that works in the west (i.e. USA, UK, Germany, France etc). Nigeria is unique. It MAY work within a certain social class. As a typical Nigerian, I don't like sharing a house with an absolute stranger that I have never met in my life. But of course you have people contrained to sharing houses with total strangers due to harsh circumstances which Nigeria have created! I would like to know how you would carry out security checks on a Nigerian, such as references and past history. Are you looking to start a business or are you just doing research. Let me know. I have a business similar to this ![]() |
@ poster, You can start small and then grow into a larger school. Same with employing teachers - you can start with few teachers then employ more teachers as the need arises. good luck ![]() |
@ poster, don't worry, there are other guys better than him which you can choose from. life goes on no matter what. heartbreak happens everyday but surely what goes around comes around. the guy that broke your heart would also have his heart broken by another girl, and then he would remember what wrong he did to you. trust me, i'm talking from experience. Forget about the jerk he is not worth your love! guys are plenty on earth and u can choose whom you would like to be with. |
Shuooo!!where genevieve dey? ![]() @ poster i was worse than u in previous years. i had no girlfriend because i told d truth. but i later figured out i was dumber for telling truth & i decided to tell lies. now i bed 4different girls every week - all virgins, except for this week. i have only bed 1 girl. i want to change from lies and start telling the truth, but girls won't let me ![]() |
@ poster nothing bad, i was once like that. but when i studied the art of lying, no babe wey i no fit lay, na only matter of time. ![]() |
@ poster, girls should be trusted. i trust all girls because i am true love-vendor but when chicks dissapoint, i have no feelings of pain because i got no heart. be like me - a true love-vendor / heartbreaker and see how happy u would become i was once faithful to a girl but she made the worst mistake on mankind - breaking a man's heart and now all ladies got is a heartbreaker on d loose, |
@Onyema1 You can also avoid all these taxes by simply giving free food to any tax man that comes near your mama-put to disturb your business.this approach is better when i first start d business, because i wouldn't have made any profit by then. so trade-by-barter would be good. Ahh! You dare not invite Obio Akpor boyz to yr MAma-Put restaurant o ! Shou!!I may open a branch of my restaurant in PH city. I love all nigerians. So before opening my business, i would have a meeting with the Obio Akpor boyz. We discuss and iron things out like respectable human-beings . Someone told me that people in PH city are very well mannered. so i guess the Obio Akpor boyz would be willing to co-operate with me, else i show them what i got for them ![]() |
I don't know who Obio/Akpor boys are but my restaurant would welcome anyone willing to patronise my "mama-put" model restaurant. ![]() |
because they have once been jilted by a girl loved so much and decided to become a full-time state-of-the-art, award winning, adorable relationship cheater, like me ![]() |
@ all, thanks I intend to run a small local restaurant (the "Mama-Put" model) and then possibly grow into a large well furnished corporate type restaurant. |
