Most importantly is the percentage rate of increasing those that are well pay must be determined by the ability of the employer to paid. Seriously, the initial and new rate proposed by the Labour is totally uncalled for, so somebody already N500k should now be earning N620k. And the same Labour know fully well that over 60% of the current national budget goes to salaries and allowance of their members. They want capital development and security, reduction of taxes but want the budget of salaries and wages to be close to 75% of the total budget.
