So I asked if adultery was a crime in Nigeria....some people quoted me back telling me is actually a crime.

Now this my question.
1. if a single man sleep with a married woman....can the man be sued for adultery

2.If the husband has the right to sue freeze, can a married woman sue a single lady who sleep with her husband for adultery as well..or is the law different for men and women.

3.If adultery is a crime in Nigeria..... what is the punishment for it in federal or state law.
(please any previous case that can be sited to serve as a precedent will be appreciated)

4.Why is the husband suing daddy freeze alone and exempting his wife who to me is actually the main culprit here.

5.If the judge is awarding 5 million in damages solely against freeze isn't that promoting women engaging in adultery while the men get blamed for it.

There was pandemonium on Tuesday morning after suspected gunmen from Uffiom attacked Omege People in Ebonyi State killing people in their dozen.

IGBERE TV correspondent gathered that houses were equally burnt and five persons kidnapped from Omege village.

IGBERE TV gathered that the crisis ensued as a result of a misunderstanding between two factions of Effium branch of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) over which group to be in-charge of collecting revenue in the Effium motor park.

Residents of the area said over one thousand have been killed in the crisis, but Ebonyi state government claimed only eight persons have been killed.

IGBERE TV reports that the ugly incident is happening despite that the State government had freed the stakeholders of both clans who were earlier arrested and detained for days by the Police on the orders of Governor David Umahi, for allowing such crisis to erupt in the area.

The Governor who had vowed not to free the stakeholders until peace returned, made a u-turn last week, by releasing them with a charge to go to their area and ensure that absolute peace returned.

The Stakeholders, in compliance to the government directive, returned home to preach peace to their people, but fillers from the area indicate that their efforts yielded no result, as hostilities between the two clans have continued to persist.

He has to refund you the balance before the quit notice can be effective, my landlord did exact same thing and we all ended up at the police station where he was told to refund my balance so the notice could be effective or re issue the quit notice when my rent is due. This is usually done by illiterate and greedy landlords, he gave me quit notice in July when my rent expiration was December last year this is March and I'm still there his only prayer now is for me to move out soon as he can't do anything.
