Please, that's not a church, it's a shrine or something else.

Okay, lemme say mine.

One evening I was heading home from Bayelsa, I was tired and stressed out already, time was 9:30pm and I was driving my Lexus then.
At the junction to my neighborhood, a Lexus ES350 without number plates with tinted windows suddenly swerved and blocked me. I flashed him twice and honked once reminding him not to engage in such nastiness.
The put on his hazard light, revved up and slammed his brakes and was blocking me from driving. Suddenly I wanted to over take him and go my way, he revved up and drive so close to me as if to run me to the open drainage but I was faster. I swerved and blocked him. Took out my taser went to his car, grabbed his door handle. He wanted to lock it from inside but was late as I opened it quickly and discovered a small boy of less than 23years old behind the wheels wearing dreadlocks and having some rather nasty tattoos wearing torn jeans, in his car was cigarette, drinks, he was listening to some rather loud rubbish music and looking like a typical yahoo yahoo miss road.

I jacked his collar and pulled him out grabbed his neck and lifted him of the ground. Then with a stern face and thick voice I earned him to observe my car very well and never to attempt any nonsense with me again or I'd put him in a body bag. Then I threw him back into his car, went to my car and drove off.

Good Day, I own a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder V8, see the pictures below. I travelled with it from Abuja on Saturday, 20th June 2020 to Benin enroute Auchi. When I got to Auchi, I bought fuel at the NNPC Mega Station, I must admit that after buying fuel, I wanted to start the car when I noticed the gear lever was on drive position. I moved it to park but when I turned the ignition, it refused to start. From that Saturday to Tuesday, 23rd June 2020 several mechanics from Benin came to check the car and their conclusion was for me to replace camshaft sensors and ECU. Scan results showed the following codes: P0447, P1564, P1615, P0340 and P0345. I have bought over 10 camshaft sensors and three ECUs(brain boxes) but the vehicle cranks but has still refused to start.
Please what do I do. Thanks.

Awfa bro?
Any update?

Please how can I retrieve my 1k back from GTBank. This is the second time this will be happening. The first one was 2k but I had to let it go but this time around this 1k is like 1million to me. The first one happened when I went to withdraw at one of their branch ATM and I was debited but the machine didn't dispense the cash. Till today the money was not credited back to my account. So this one happened on the 19th or last month. I went to use on of their ATM to deposit 2k after placing the money in the machine. The machine seized 1k and brought out 1k. I immediately went to the customer care man there to complain to him and he asked me to fill a form and that the money will be credited back. For three days I waited but didn't see the money. So the following Monday I went to the bank and was told to fill a form again which I filled. But till now they have not returned the money. I know it is 1k but then I need my money back. I have also send them messages on Twitter too but they are just replying me with the same thing. Someone should please help me with guidelines on how to retrieve my 1k back please. Thanks

Go to twitter tag them, tag CBN too

you know she won't. Just help her. That sister has seen a lot when it comes to cars and will see more.

Lemme ask her first.
@hadjia Halima83, is it true that you have seen a lot when it comes to cars and will see more?

chukel:
help her o. She loves your type.

Let her apologize to me.

Location matters in recommendations. I also feel it's very important to find and stick to only one mechanic especially one that's conversant and knowledgeable about the brand you own.

Isn't it rather shameful and immature of you to keep going on and on and on over this seemingly non issue and trying hard to make a mountain over an anthill? Why all this bitterness and anger and negative vibes?

I just need to have an idea before going to the mechanics. I'm in Anambra
How does one know grade of engine

You had better left that engine sourcing to mechanics who knows what to look for in a Tokumbo engine before you go buy 'appearance engine'

I don't engage in road rage. It's needless, it's risky. Safety first, safety always!

Hmmmm. Na wa o!
Wonders shall never end!

halima83:
The gurus please advice.

Are they using the same engine?

Hello fine babe,
You should apologize to me!

chukel:
if you know how much this vehicle goes for, u won't think of the word scrap. Very expensive and very sturdy.

I know it's very expensive, but it's spent.

Taich:
I have this badly accidented 2007 Toyota Tacoma to repair, as of the accident time, the car engine was still on.
Anyone with the body should comment and I will call you. I need to fix this car.

Scrap/junk this truck. I'm 50% sure it's chassis rails are bent. It looks like it ran under an obstacle or it rolled over.

oladipuposadeeq:
big boss kingreign na Prado landcruiser me dey see but if i see any better landcruiser 08 i will let you know

Thanks.

Don't allow suspensions bushings end your journey prematurely, replace that worn out bushing.

Don't allow your faulty cut and join wires end your journey prematurely. Replace that wire and enjoy your car.

So 121 people saw this post and none have any Land Cruiser for sale?

halima83:
see what you wrote before. You went back to edit, right?

you clearly edited it If not, the 'I' should had been bolded too. You should apologize joor.

halima83:
apology accepted

No I am not apologizing to you. I mean you should apologize to me for the insults.

halima83:
ok

Apologize for the insults

halima83:
so I did not force you to visit or comment on my thread. Zoom off please. Let the car experts talk please. Thanks eh

Oh sweet Halima83 baby,

Point of correction, you CANNOT stop me from visiting or commenting on any thread, either authored by you or someone else.

If that reality hasn't dawned on you, let it sink right now darling.

Maybe, I should even start following you upandan on nairaland sef. What do you think sugar pie?

halima83:
yea, you are absolutely correct. To me is better, than sometimes buying heavily accidented cars as you do.

FYI, ALL the cars I've owned are clear titles non accident, all starts and drive. So we don't have anything in common and can't be compared.

Good day everyone. I need help. I own this Nissan Infiniti qx45 2001. Used it for 8yrs now. Recently it started having problem firing smoothly . I also noticed some smoking and the oil was below level . Got to the mechanic ,did oil change ,filter change and plugs were replaced . Car went back to normal . This was 3months ago.
This morning I noticed white smoke . Though the weather was very cold, I feel the smoke was a bit more than normal . The car also has difficult starting after a long drive . it eventually starts though .
Please what could be problem. What's the cost of a new engine

150-180k is the engine depending on location and grade of engine.

Remote diagnosis not possible. Physical inspection and diagnosis recommended
