Please, the car gurus should help a brother here o. It is my first car. I bought it tocumbo, Toyota Corolla Sport 2007 around September last year.
My experience, whenever I suddenly brake (in an emergency) even at 30km/h speed, I do feel vibration under my leg with the brake pedal. Before I don't feel it but changed the brake pads and the shoes because they have chopped. What could be the problem please? As I said earlier, I'm new about car and I don't want the problem to escalate and lead to bigger problem. I took it to a mechanic which he said the rotor plate (pls pardon me) that have bend and needed to be replaced. I told him I'll get back to him. Please those who have an idea of how to go about this should help a brother.
Another issue I noticed is that, before, one kick my car has answered but of recent I discovered that some time I have to give it two kicks before it start. Please what may be wrong?

Good day gurus, I have 2 issues I need advice on.
1. In the morning, my car revs up high on start-up (1500rpm - 2000rpm) and stays there for minutes( 4mins or more). This only happens when the engine is cold
2. I have a p0500 code(vehicle speed sensor) but my my speedometer works fine. I have an intermittent transmission slip when changing to 2nd gear. Can the fault code be the cause of it?

I will advice before you buy anything here, especially now that there are lot of promo going on, always do your background check with current prices of any items you want to buy on this thread. Have come to realize that some people are just heartless and wicked. They want to relocate or sale off their items at prices greater than brand new items. I had a share of it and even as we speak the item is packed off. The intelligent lady ( fool) had block me after selling crap to me.
