In the outskirts of Abuja city, Ikot Ekpene Road is literally part of the city centre. Not surprising.
Kubwa, Lugbe, Gwarinpa aren't outskirts. That said, that price for rent per annum is way too over the top for a city where no more than 20% of its inhabitants earn above NGN100,000 monthly.

Yes AKS is currently the safest state in the SS, but please stop exaggerating mbok. Go walk with your cash and gadgets at midnight night in IK then see what happens.
From the contents of his chats you can tell he's suffering from frustration. Let him even walk along Ikot Ekpene road or even Ikpa road Uyo around 11pm if he's not gonna be ambushed.

Wow! I have to advise this fella of mine to stay clear. I suggested there to a friend thinking, it was booming with economic activities and boisterous lifestyle
Are there any new firms or industries or blue chip or even mega out let's opening? No
Are there any serious construction works on going? No.

So most folks here spending cash are Oil workers, politicians, few civil servants, teaming student population, few well established business men and women, and established traders.

Can you tell me more about business opportunities out there and the purchasing power of the middle class? Is it a place with large middle class?
It's got large low income class. Few high income earners, few medium income earners. Most guys here are jobless. They know how to drink, womanize and stay idle.

No offence.

Noting can be done about it.We are used it
Something can b done about it. Most guys in AKS are lazy, jobless and won't want to take up farming. They depend almost entirely on other states for 80% of their food produce. Imagine bringing all their yams from Benue, Ugep, Anambra etc, Beans from Benue, Ugep, Ogoja, plantain are farmed here but majority of the plantains and bananas sold here are from Cross River. I no go talk about rice.

Lazy folks, always thinking of ufopfop, gambling , getting high and becoming political thugs or street uchins.

Newly built in a bustling part of the city. Not surprising.
That amount is way over expensive for a 2 bedroom flat. Even in Abuja such things are hard to put up as price. That's the amount for a 3Bedroom flat in most satellite towns of Abuja.

Where exactly? That's the question.
Off Ikot Ekpene road, Uyo.

Guys abeg. If you are planning on relocating to Uyo. Cone with at least 250k to get a good flat in any part of Uyo.

I live in Uyo and I can tell you that most of the prices op stated are for sub standard houses.

Unless you want to go and live in the village. Abak road alone has houses that cost up to 400k.
Gbam. I asked for a newly built 2bdroom flat and was told 750k/annum.

Means life is relatively cheap in that area, with very serene environment and almost free knacks. Probably the cheapest oil-rich state to live in Nigeria.
Wrong. Life isn't really cheap. Commodities are expensive.
I've asked for a 2bedroom house and was told 750k/annum.

If the manufacturer say make I use palm oil, I use palm oil. If the engine like make get mileage of 1 billion.

I use full synthetic oil that can last 5k miles. My maintenance minder comes up between 3 and 4k miles. The manufacturer says whichever oil I use, the maintenance minder should be followed. So when my minder tells me service is due now, I service.

Whatever the manufacturer says I do, I follow them religiously like a blind man cheesy

If you know better than your own manufacturer, good for you grin
Make e try am for Mitsubishi or Mazda and then Ameruka will know if the engine doesn't smoke shisha. lipsrsealed

After all said and done, the food for the engine has landed. My 2GR-FE engine at 200k miles has never burnt oil(at least not showing on dipstick). Until oil burn arises, Na better mobil1 E go dey chop grin grin. It's a shame that neither Mars nor Jupiter carry Mobil 2 or export. Till then.......... wink wink wink
Even my 3MZ-FE doesn't burn oil at 192k miles cool

Big man, I understand you perfectly, at least we are both very practical men. Although your 100k odometer analogy is a bit off.

Now take a look at both attached pictures (daily drivers); Lexus IS is at 159,510 km (almost at 100k miles on the dot), Merc E320 is at 376,527 km (236k miles or so). Lexus still runs on factory recommended oil, Merc runs on 15w50, thinking of changing to 20w50 if oil shortage intervals increase beyond the current threshold.
Irrespective of popular opinion or expert advise - I'm not going to replace or repair/rebuild anything, that engine go work him money complete, but you see that IS? Na only fresh Mobil 1/Castrol we go give am until him cheap engine decide kaput too.

**abeg make una pretend say una no see the Lexus TRAC and VSC wahala. As well as my speed sensor issues wer don activate ESP/ABS malfunctions for Benz. As for SRS na normal thing.
Holla at me, I'd teach you how synchronize the system to prevent that from coming up.

Wow I am trying to see whether this is the model 3 or P100d something...

But most of the functions will be unavailable. Like the lane assist, partial self driving functions, etc that has to do with that region.

And it cant really reach it's full potential. No fast charging stations, No light , internet connection is slow (Wifi inclusive), etc. Waste of money to me
I still love burning my petrol cool

Brief me about it drop pics as well if there's any pic do well to include spec and performance if possible. Thanks.
Hat is yur Budget?
Go for any xiaomi or oppo within your budget. Theyre Chinese, yes, but they're very good and if you buy from accredited sales point within Nigeria (which is cheaper than buying from aliexpress) you get to enjoy warranty.
PhonesRe: Aliexpress Which Of The Two Should I Go For Nairalanders by KINGreignn: 8:48pm On Nov 19, 2019
Op,
1. That LG is refurbished,
2. Coming from my sour experience with LG G3 which have similar hardware and firmware issues well documented as G3, I'd say J&P,
3. Xiaomi is a more popular brand than LG phones and have more sales coverage than the LG phones.
4. I'm sure the Xiaomi phone is more recent than the LG G6.

AutosRe: Why Do So Many Nigerians Drive Slowly In The Fast Lane? by KINGreignn: 1:40pm On Nov 19, 2019
RisenPhoenix:
The habit is highly infuriating. There is a reason why it is called a 'pass' or a 'fast' lane. Could it be that so many of them are ignorant or insensitive? Women, micras and even some men are guilty of this.

But worse culprits are the tricycle riders who seem to believe that the dotted centre lines are drawn specially for them to guide their keke to the centre of the road. Those ones don't even stick to the fast lane. They drive down the exact centre of the road.

Are there no traffic laws that prohibit this irritating behaviour?
Its very frustrating and when you correct them, they act like fools and start speaking rudely.

That's the quality of fellows we have in this part of the world.

So because it has a less know name, it's suddenly bad? I've personally made purchase of up to 5 of that TV this year and everything is perfect.
IDGAF about how many units you've purchased IDGAF whether you're a sales agent or whosoever you are and how your affiliation with UKA MOOKA is.

I am speaking about my own personal experience. I bought that crap for a relative and its been abandoned cos of its poor quality. I had to purchase a hisense for them to appease them.

Another fella is here crying similar fate as I did, and all you could care to do is defend rubbish mediocre quality instead of proferring solution.

If you won't give solution to the problem the fella is crying about STFU and stop blabbering crap all about. angry

Stop this rant bro. I've bought different TVs from jumia, for myself, my company, and friends. I made my orders via bamac. Bruhm TV, and since January till now there's no disappointment.

Relax, every gadget can spoil at any time, just be smart when placing your order. One advantage of using agents is that they stand for you if there's a dispute.
Buying a brand with less known name, reputation and others is akin to incurring needless risks, its even aggravated by a selling platform with less quality control.
Now, lets answer this brother's woes
