Ihiala Anambra state is now a no go area. IPOB ESN UGM terrorists have taken over the town because of Soludo's nonchalant attitude in confronting the terrorists in that axis.
The indolent counter terrorism of the Anambra government halts several kilometres before the axis of Amorka, Lilu, Uli,Mbosi etc probably because they don't consider them as Anambranians...
The inexistent counter terrorism in that axis has served as a buffer to the efforts of the Imo state government in eliminating ipoB esn jihadist in Orlu zone. It has also led to the influx of ipoB terrorists into Imo state from that axis.
If this ineptitude continues, Imo state government should extend the onslaught to Ihiala.

Key salient points are thus:

* Imo state government will rehabilitate the flyovers for 4.2billion

* New refinery project in the offling

* Multi level carpark will be completed

* Centenary tower project is been reactivated probably a PPP

* Pipeline construction to industrial layout

* Onitsha industrial layout to rehabilitated

* IICC will be rehabilitated for 1.5bn

* Improved road construction especially economic routes and markets.

* New market at okigwe.

* Specialized hospitals like psychiatric etc

* I00m for abandoned hospitals probably a PPP arrangement.

* Relocation of police HQ and prison is assured with 60m.

* Export processing zone and agriculture processing zone.

* Industrial park at ohaji in focus.

* Leather market Ngor okpala.

*Imo FTZ Ngor okpala

* Prospects in SPP and Dams.

Overall the budget is good, am very happy with the team that produced it, but exclusion of Okigwe Orlu road speaks volume.

Lagos IGR is bigger than the budget of the whole South Eastern state but Imo state is not doing badly. The budget of Imo state is the highest in east and it has maintained that position for years.

You toured Owerri but not Imo state. If you had gone beyond Owerri to other parts of Imo state, you would spit over the abandonment of rest of the state. Little wonder the Anambra guy ridicules Imo state and its people here; as many Imo people like you can't even wonder what makes gov Hope Uzodinma refuse to repair even common urban roads in Orlu and Okigwe areas of Imo state, talk less, repair other crumbled infrastructures in the two old cities in the state.

You are the same person that posted an old picture of the trademark Orlu gates with bad roads using it to spread false narrative of how dilapidated Orlu is but your cheap political blackmail was quickly apprehended and countered by noting that gates has been longed demolished and the road in that axis reconstructed.
As for Okigwe road, construction has reached Onuimo and will soon get to Okigwe.
Orlu zone is also bubbling with livable cities like Nkwerre, Nwangele,Ideato,Orlu,Oru,Oguta etc..

I am one of those who has been clamouring for more rural road construction but we can't take away the fact the this administration hasnt performed poorly.
