Honey, no matter how bad it is over there, it can never be as bad as it currently is in Nigeria.

Nigeria has loads and loads of potential to be a great nation, but the Fulanis who have taken over power are hell bent on dragging this nation to the mud.

Don't get me wrong, Naija has its pros, but truly, the cons outweigh the pros.
Naija is for now, only good for vacays.

Have a holiday home, nice machine to cruise around with whenever one is in town, then at the end of the day, zoom off back to base, be it in Europe or America.

This is the sole reason I'm planning to relocate back to Europe.

About the heat issue: with AC's in the house, there won't be any cause for alarm, regarding heat issues.
Besides, our climate is pretty hot, regardless of materials used for building.

Secondly: either options are available...cold hard cash and a payment plan, not necessarily Mortgage pe say.

You deposit a % of the total amount, then complete the payment within a year or so.
