Once that message pops up, it wont go through until you do it again even if you try for days. It might be a system error such that your first cancellation wasn't recognized. And unfortunately, even if you send a message to the consulate, they will say they cant influence the system, so there's nothing they can do. It has happened to me too.

When exactly did you apply. AFAIK their deadline is Jan 15, so how come you received admission so early, and would like to ask you about the module catalog requirement. Did you send that?
I have a contact in Germany that helped with the admission process and it's was Oct .yes I sent them a copy of mine module catalog
