That's not how it works, lawful restraint is permitted once damage is done to the plane or staff. They held her till the authorities came which is permitted. The problem here is that there should be at least one law enforcement officer on every flight, this is how it is done abroad, the officer would drag her ass off the plane and if she got violent, he would smack the shit out of her.....United & Delta Airlines don't play that shit, na only loacl flights dey tolerate such nonsense!

You're just looking for justification for what was done. When the video first came out, I condemned the girl. But with the way things are clearer, it is obvious both parties are at fault. Just like Keyamo has said too.

In rhe process of removing her by force her clothes can easily be ripped. She should have removed herself by following the airline rules and regulations.
I have been pissed off many times by airline staffs and crew. You just have to maintain your composure and let it go.
She should be prosecuted for her crimes at rhe very least for assaulting the staffs.

She has a lot to gain by suing. Her nakeddness is not the price to pay. Do you know what it's like the whole world seeing your privacy? Yeah, she's been exposing alot based on her decadent lifestyle but she has a good case. Make she sue and the airline sue. Airlines should pay for employing rude staff in the service sector.

Watch the video again. It seems it was intentionally removed by the hostess while she dragged the curtain away. Please don't exonerate anybody. I was against the lady at first but there's a possibility the hostess did that as an act of vengeance. Comfort should sue.

Since Airhostesses realize they have the power to request deboarding of difficult passengers, many of these women have been shown to abuse power. I was watching a video online how the same air hostess convinced the pilot that a passenger was posing threat on the plane and he had to return the flight to deboard the passenger. This is straightforward bullying and must not be encouraged.
This crap needs to end. I cannot be paying over 200k for a flight only to be harassed by a woman whose salary is not up to my return-ticket. Airlines should have a feedback system where imbalanced flight staff are reported and they get punished if they have more than 3 strikes against them.

The main person at fault on this matter is the power-drunk air hostess who believed that it was her duty to enforce arrest of a passenger she did not like. Yes even if the girl misbehaved during the flight, the airport officials should be the ones to arrest her after deboarding. But the air hostess who feel because they have the power to deboard a passenger chose to take law into her hands.

I am not in support of the girl's aggression. But the bad service treatment from the Ibom air hostess was the trigger. Not everyone likes being denied of movement when they are not under arrest. That air hostess is going to cause Ibom Air to lose millions. Infact, it can get up to N100M. Organizations need to check their employees who deal directly with customers. Many of them abuse the little authority given to them.

Checking out the lady's social media handle, you can clearly see the kind of person she is.
The average slay queen, who are well paid by their clients, live entitled and feel no one should tell her what to do.
The only wrong thing that happened here is the recording of the video and sending it to the public. But perhaps karma needed to give her a day of shame for what she has been successfully getting away with. Hope she will become a better person after this.

The woman misbehaved and her action meted disciplinary action from the NCAA so the Ibom Air staff blocked her from moving till the airline staff came. While the lady was stopped from moving, she started getting physical and destroying items on the plane. Then the airline staff had to forcefully remove her so she doesn't do more damage. If she did more damage, I doubt you would be willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, she was shabbily dressed and her digitals were exposed. So please stop taking sides with a rude horribly dressed lady that is not the ideal portrayal of an Igbo woman.
On the Double Standards, you are right. KWAM1 should have been arrested too as his actions too are not sane for safe air flights. I personally hope Nigeria can get to the point where the high and those who dine with them are equal before the law.
