The season before he came to United he was exceptional, that was two seasons ago. The next season, his first season at United, he also did really well. Only last season was when he had problems when he had a goal drought. But everyone tore into him from all around. They made the name 'Lukaku ' synonymous with a joke. All because of a bad season.

All these because he's not a British player. The English media tore into Lukaku everytime and everyone bought it. Even when he was banging in goals, they said he only score goals against small teams. The same small teams we're struggling to score against now.

And don't forget Lukaku wasn't sold because of bad performance. You can't sell a player because of a bad season. He was sold because Ole thought he didn't fit his stupid tactics.
