Hello everyone,
I got KZ ZSN pro from AliExpress last year, and it has been working perfectly fine till this evening.
Whenever I try to record anything with its mic, it keeps recording this white noise that I can't seem to hear, or know where it is coming from. And when I play what I recorded, it just plays predominantly the white noise, and not a single word of what I said.
Minutes later, the mic stopped recording anything completly, and I can't even use it to control music playback or google assistant like I used to.
I opened the mic and found that nothing was wrong with it, no sign of damage or broken cable or anything, but I'm suffering from this wahala.
Please, anybody that must have experienced this, or has an idea of what is wrong and how to solve it, shiuld please share with me.

You're wrong, They are all free with speedaf but you will pay with nipost depending on the weight of the item because they are looking for revenue source. I paid 200 naira for my parcel that ended with R at the post office. Nigerians are very greedy money grabbing squirrelling vacuous people,hence the antics of the speedaf courier workers. They will end up damaging and ruining the company

From the tracking info here, the item has been taken up by the delivery company. There can be either two of them:

If your tracking is of "NG" variant that ends with an "R" , then your midwife is most likely speedaf in which case you should expect delivery/call within days. In that case, you may be away from school by the time the item arrives. But perhaps you can reach an agreement with the dispatch rider to deliver to someone you know in the area that can sign for you, else it risks being sent back to China within one week if undelivered. To know more detailed movement of the item, you should try tracking on Speedaf website.

If on the other hand your tracking is any of Singapore, Hong Kong, UA, RS etc, or an "NG" that ends with an "E" which NIPOST usually highjacks, then NIPOST midwifes it. And they usually mismanage the delivery process - delayed, pronged, complicated delivery. In this case, I can wager about a 80% chance that your item will not be ready for collection until you get back to school January 2022. That is how useless NIPOST is; but that can be an advantage this time around, right?

My problem is I used my school's address, and we're on vacation, and I'll be leaving for another state in like two days time. My package just passed custom clearance, and I'm guessing by next week, it will be available. Now I don't know if the delivery guy will be willing to wait till school resumes to reschedule the delivery, or can I just call the number provided in the tracking details now to make further arrangements??

There has always been "customs clearance" stage. But the tracking information has not always been as detailed as speedaf usually presents it. With speedaf, it appears every little stage is shown to you in their tracking information.

My last "customs clearance" took just 4 days. The information changed to "clearance successful" on a Thursday and by Monday the following week, the speedaf agent was already chasing me about with my item.

I can't say why clearance is taking longer right now. Perhaps there is a large workload for the officers due to 11/11 orders and usually by December, hands on deck in most Nigerian workplaces are usually at the barest minimum because of the yuletide.

Clearance usually is often long with items that will require duty payment depending on how fast the buyer remits the money, not duty free items.



I lodged this particular complaint with one of the bike delivery guys and he told me that I will simply tell him the time I would be around at the designated address and he will gladly make a rescheduled delivery.

Another speedaf bike guy (a different dude from the first) that did his round the following week simply did the opposite. He got on my nerves as he was insistent on delivering the item at that round when I clearly told him I was about 45 kilometers away from the address. So what I simply did was to give him a tougher choice - I also insisted that I can't afford to to rush down, so he should begin to look for the address on the package and call me when he finds the place. After a while, he later called me he's at the address, so I spoke to a neighbour to sign for me.

What if you happen not to be in the location you provided at that particular time?

Speedaf does home/doorstep delivery (with no extra cost) using freelance agents, usually for parcels with tracking numbers that end with "R".

The ones that end with "E" or "O" usually requires self pick up.

How long between custom clearance and your order reaching you?
Because this clearance seems to be a new thing, from my previous orders, there was nothing like custom clearance

Don't worry. An 8 item combined package I have being handled by Speedaf also arrived Nigeria yesterday and begun customs clearance process today. I give it that clearance will be completed this week barring any unforseen circumstances. So by Saturday or Monday I expect to get a call.

The package has like three tracking numbers all attached to it and all three can be tracked. Two numbers of RB..... and a third by Speedaf which handled the combined package.

He marked it as shipped on AliExpress without actually handing the package to the shipping company....they do that atimes to fool buyer into thinking his package has been shipped..try changing color via chat so he ships it for real...if thats okay with you.....all the best tho.

Hello everyone, i made 3 orders on the 12th of November, of which 2 of them were processed and shipped on the 14th and 16th respectively. The third item (KZ ZSN Pro) was "processed and shipped" according to them, but whenever I check the tracking, it shows me, "Pending shipping by the seller".
I chatted the seller about it, and he was like the blue colour option which I chosed will have to wait, and I should chose another colour.
My questions now are:
*How is it possible that you have processed and shipped an item, and you're now telling me it's not available and I should make another choice. What will then happen to the tracking number of the item?
*What is the possibility that the item was actually processed and shipped sef? because I made this order like almost 10 days ago, and while I'm waiting for it to be shipped the buyer protection time is still counting down
*How do I go about this? Should I still chose another colour option, or I should do something else?

Meanwhile, the others are still stuck in the same update since the time their shipping started

Well I've had the KZ ZS3, then The QKZ VK4, and my current one is the KZ ZSN X, looking to add Kbear KS1 to the list.

Among all I'd say I miss my VK4, it's not particularly a basshead sound, but it had just the right balance of bass and clarity for me.

I haven't used the regular ZSN pro, but the X has some really good and punchy bass, and unbelievable crisp clarity in the sound and music detail compared to anything I've used before. But reviewers say the difference between the X version and the regular pro isn't too big.

If you want to save money, just get the MT1 I've heard it's better than the EDX, has decent bass and a it's a good starter IEM. The VK4 is a more balanced sound and not exactly for bassheads but should have more detail over the others.

You don't need to get the ZSN now, you could get them at a later date when you're comfortable and if you're still curious.

New Normal for like 6 months now.

Packages with NG are handled by Speedaf. Track with cainiao site on route Nigeria and via Speedaf site when it enters Nigeria

Is it just me, or have AliExpress changed the first two letters of their tracking numbers?

Coz my initial orders had tracking numbers beginning with SG, But my recent orders are now starting with NG.

Is it normal?

I'm tired of all these earpiece and TWS, I don use them tire. This Black Friday, I want to opt for an IEM. Someone should please suggest a good IEM I can order from AliExpress within the range of 3k to 5k.

I had QKZ VK4, TRN MT1 & KZ EDX in mind, because of their rather cheaper prices, but I'm a bit skeptical about it.

The KZ ZSN pro though seems promising, but it's quite expensive.
So someone should please advise me is the ZSN pro worth the expenses, or will any of the other 3 do the trick?

I'm a big fan of Bassheads too

The reason I rated it 4/10 was the issue I faced when trying to balance it, my Redmi note 9s could not stand firm on a certain angle due to its weight. But a friend's Samsung S8 with light weight was stable

The flexible sponge legs are not accurate and Good quality as the Advertised.

the mpow is M30 is better... But for if you have 40 usd to spare go for the new soundpeats sonic it has the sound quality of 200usd Earbuds... But this m30 is definitely better than spunkybeats

Treble is clear and crisp, midrange is fine, and bass is amazing.

My sound is balanced between mids and highs. Bass is also awesome. Have you considered changing the tips to see if it's a fit issue? Also my battery life is balanced between the earbuds.

Ok, I'll try changing the tip as u suggested, and recently, it has been sounding a bit better in my ear.

Also, I think the difference in battery drain level is due to the master-slave configuration it uses to connect to a phone, but mine is just way too much, because some people said difference is supposed to be 5-10% but mine is like 20%

Currently using one. Sound quality is super awesome. But touch control is wacky. If you can live with the erratic touch control, then you are in for some good sound.

I'm also currently using one. my touch controls do not disturb me sha, but I'm quite skeptical about the sound. I don't know if it's just my unit, or are the flats often more pronounced than the base in yours? or could it be because of how I position it in my ear. (I don't put it that deep inside my ear).

plus the battery life of my left ear piece gets drained faster compared to the right. Do u experience this too?
