Really impressive work everyone.
I did a bit of research into some categories of companies involved one way or the other in deploying the 5G. My research led me to the chip making company, Qualcomm. I bought few of their stocks.

What's your take on this, guys. Definitely, 5G will play a massive role post COVID and Qualcomm may not be left out.

Sunny days everyday? I don't think so.

In fact, the truth is that we will have no control over many of the things that will happen in our lives. At some point in our lives, we will face situations that would be stressful and will occupy our every thought.
"In the course of my dad's life, he has suffered some financial losses, but never have I seen him sulk, brood, or complain about the economy. On the contrary, he remained optimistic, always seeing lessons to be learnt in every misfortune " - A friend's account of his dad's response to situations.
His dad was kind to his mind and up till now, his cardiovascular parameters appear to be outstanding.

Our state of mind has a lot of influence and control over our mood, behavior and even bodily functions than we care to admit. Ever heard of the Placebo effect?
The placebo effect is a common occurrence in the clinical field where a patient becomes well after he was given (without his knowledge) an inactive drug (blank). In his mind's eye, a potent medication has been administered and is making him feel better.

How do we then choose to respond to a bad situation?
Is it within my power to change my present situation? If YES, then why worry. Get up and take action!

I have encountered many situations where I OBVIOUSLY knew the solution, but like some other people, I only romanticize and imagine my plans while I dread action. The only way out is through.

What if it's out of my control? Then why worry. Complaining about it won't change a thing. Rather developing and practicing coping strategies could make a lot of difference.
Choose to stay positive by using positive reaffirming words. Whenever I am in a bad situation that is out of my control, I remind myself that I have 'the mind of Christ'. Apart from boosting my faith, it helps me combat self doubt.

Surround yourself with joy producing elements. There's a difference between joy and happiness. While happiness is dependent on present situation, joy is a force that is independent of any situation.

Get support. I usually seek advice from my mentor and She always responded whenever I am in need of counsel.

Adopt new positive hobbies and interests.

Exercise your 'Miranda rights'.

The Miranda right is part of a preventive criminal procedure that law enforcers are required to administer to protect an individual in custody. According to an icon, Tobore Adakaraza, we can also exercise such rights in this manner;

"Anything you ponder in your mind will be used against you. You have the right to an attorney (mentor or a mental review/check)"
In essence, be mindful of your thoughts.

Remember, you will be more effective when you put your time and energy into the things you control.

Be kind to your mind.

HealthSLEEP PARALYSIS:A Commonly Misunderstood Occurrence by kizolala(op): 12:25am On Oct 01, 2017
In Nigeria and Africa as a whole, we recognize and acknowledge the existence of supernatural forces around us. Many of us have experienced a weird scenario which usually occurs at night where we are conscious but unable to move our limbs or even speak temporarily. This scenario is usually attributed to unseen 'agents of darkness' who try to press/choke the affected person even to death forcing him/her to start praying or panicking.
However this scenario is actually known as Sleep Paralysis.

What Is Sleep Paralysis?

Sleep paralysis is a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep. During these transitions, you may be unable to move or speak for a few seconds up to a few minutes. Some people may also feel pressure or a sense of choking. It could result from; Lack of sleep, Sleep schedule that changes, Sleeping on our backs, Stress, Other sleep problems such as narcolepsy or night leg cramps, Use of certain medications (e.g. Amphetamine) and Substance abuse.

What Can I Do About Sleep Paralysis?

There's no need to fear night demons. If you have occasional sleep paralysis, you can take steps at home to control this disorder. Start by making sure you get enough sleep. Do what you can to relieve stress in your life especially just before bedtime. Try new sleeping positions if you sleep on your back. And be sure to see your doctor if sleep paralysis routinely prevents you from getting a good night's sleep.

Be informed.
Be reformed.

RealSport are looking at last year's top six and their chances of stealing Chelsea's crown.

Chelsea
WHY THEY CAN
Antonio Conte
This man is a genius, a master of success. Conte has won four domestic league titles since 2011, following a tough period with Juventus in which they were rebuilding from their match fixing fiasco.
Conte also brought a style of football to the Premier League last season that has rarely been successful. He won the title with a squad that was not his own and has tried in the transfer market to make amends.
The Italian brought in players such as Marcos Alonso and revived Victor Moses, who both played nearly every game. Who would have thought these two would have Premier League winners' medals?

WHY THEY CAN'T
Lack of depth
Whilst there is a lot of the transfer market left, it seems as if Chelsea are quite light in terms of players. Many have left the club and will leave in the future – most specifically Diego Costa-, but not that many players have come in.
Yes they have made some signings, but they have lost a lot of players who are key substitutes as well as those that will play in Europe/Cups.
They look extremely light in defence as well, with the losses of John Terry, Kurt Zouma and Nathan Ake, who have all left in different respects. With a return to Champions League football, do Chelsea have the squad to be able to hold up for 38 league games?
PREDICTION: 2nd

Tottenham
WHY THEY CAN
Mauricio Pochettino
After two seasons in the business -and two great seasons at that-, Pochettino has transformed Tottenham from a pretender to a genuine contender.
He has made this side his own and has built a squad that can challenge for the title this season.
After being subjected to Leicester’s miracle, Pochettino’s side was the only one to come close to Chelsea in 2016/17.
This may just well be the year for Tottenham and for Pochettino, who have every chance of bringing their first title in the modern era.

WHY THEY CAN'T
Wembley
Tottenham did not have much luck last year in their temporary stadium. Failing to make it out of the group stage of the Champions League in a group that featured teams that they thought they could beat, Tottenham failed to show up in almost all their matches.
While the stadium may not have anything to do with this, history tells us that it will take a while to adjust to Wembley.
PREDICTION: 5th

Manchester City
WHY THEY CAN
Squad depth
Pep Guardiola’s squad is probably the strongest in the Premier League. Great signings such as Kyle Walker and Bernardo Silva strengthen the already solid squad massively.
Accompany this with players like Kevin de Bruyne and Sergio Aguero, who are amongst the best in the league, they can be unstoppable.
Guardiola has had a season to adjust and will have a full transfer window by the time this season starts; he has had enough time to build this super team. If these players all perform on their merits, they will win the league.

WHY THEY CAN'T
Big game performances
It is all good and well beating teams that are near the bottom of the ladder, but it is games against the teams around you that ensure domestic success.
Last season, City won just two games out of the ten that they played against the top six. Compare this to the champions Chelsea, who won five of these.
Manchester City must win the important games, as well as those against the lower sides if they want to be champions.
PREDICTION: 3rd

Liverpool
WHY THEY CAN

The front three
Liverpool showed last season how many goals they're capable of scoring when all functions to plan, playing attacking football early from the get-go.
Their early form included four against Arsenal, five against Hull and six against Watford!
The arrival of Mohamed Salah only strengthens their attacking stock, and coupled with the likes of Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane, they're set to rip through defences. If they can score goals like they did early last season, watch out.

WHY THEY CAN'T

Defensive weakness
: Alternatively, it is their defence that really let them down in 2016/17. You can score as many goals as you like, but if you can’t keep a clean sheet, you cannot win the title.
Liverpool conceded more goals than most of the sides around them last season, and while scoring 4+ goals a game is great, almost always conceded a few as well undermines this.
While the transfer window is nowhere close to being over, it is clear Jurgen Klopp is putting attack first. The signings of Salah as well as Dominic Solanke are fantastic, but they do need to improve their defence if they are ready to win the title.

PREDICTION: 4th

Arsenal

WHY THEY CAN

Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez:
If these two can commit to Arsenal and stick around for the foreseeable future, they can be absolutely unstoppable.
With hopefully no cloud around their future like there was for most of last season, these two magicians can bring some much-needed domestic league success to Arsenal.
Picture this; Sanchez on one wing, Lacazette down the middle, Ozil feeding balls to both these men; now that is deadly. Arsenal must lock these two down.

WHY THEY CAN'T

Behind the scenes division:
Not really any surprises here. However, this is no criticism to Wenger himself, who has proven through his coaching career that he deserves another few years at the club.
In turn, it is the supporters who will not give up until he is no longer the manager of Arsenal, which will hinder this team from winning the title.
The antics that went on behind the scenes last season, such as banners and blimps, are not healthy for any club. A continuation of this will find Arsenal struggling.

PREDICTION: 6th

Manchester United
WHY THEY CAN

Jose Mourinho:
Mourinho is a master at winning titles. He has done won leagues with Porto, Chelsea (twice), Inter and Real Madrid.
How does he do it? I don’t know, but it is something that he has perfected. This United squad has the potential to win everything.
Defensively strong last year, but lacking in the final third, Mourinho seems to have addressed this issue.

WHY THEY CAN'T

Inconsistency:
A sixth placed finish was ultimately a huge failure for Manchester United domestically last season. 15 draws and just the 18 wins was the story of their season, despite going on a huge unbeaten streak.
Their streak was characterised by draws for the most part, which failed to move United up the table, and kept them in sixth place.
They must find a way to turn these points into three in order to win the title. Romelu Lukaku theoretically goes some way to addressing this and I think they will.

PREDICTION: 1st

So...Who do you think will win the Premier League this coming season?
