Till this moment, this guy hasn't released the coin and he's not responding to his calls. Not responding to chats on the App as well so I filed an Appeal which Binance responded that their customer support has taken charge of the issue.

I want to know if anyone has experienced this before and how long it takes the Customer support to handle and resolve such issue.

Did you call him before making payment? If you did and he is not picking your call again then that is a big issue

Sell it to Usdt and transfer your usdt to P2p section. From P2p section, u can then select a buyer who will buy it and pay through Bank Transfer.. I think there was an explanation on this some pages back.

Note: Do not release your usdt before confirming payment in your Bank account

That's good to know sir. To buy whatever coin you want, i'd suggest you use PC in accessing binance. Once you log in, click on trade, from the drop down menus, click on CLASSIC. It takes you to a default BTC/USDT trade but since you have USDT and you want to buy doge coin, it means your trade will be doge/usdt. The trade right in front of you once you click on CLASSIC is BTC/USDT, you are to look to the right hand side of the chart, there's a space there just above the red and green numbers for you to type the coin you want to buy. Type in doge and it will automatically display all the pairings of doge. You may see doge/btc, doge/busd, doge/usdt and so on. Just click on doge/usdt since usdt is the stable coin that you have. Once you click on doge/usdt, it will give you a chart of doge/usdt, scroll down a little, there's a space to buy and also to sell. Please, before buying, you may need to speak to some experts or conduct your own due diligence to know whether you are buying the coin low or high. The aim really is to buy low and sell high, you must be sure you ain't buying high unless you strongly believe that the coin will do well in coming years and you just wanna buy now and keep till then. Once you have made up your mind, you will see the price values in red and green just on your left hand side of the screen changing speedily, the green are buying price values, the red are selling price values. Before, clicking BUY, fill in the price you are buying at and the volume of doge coin you are buying. Please, don't click on anything aside all I have explained here so you don't blow things up. Once you are satisfied, click on buy usdt, you will be taken to a page where the seller's account details and phone number is displayed and also to fill in volume of usdt you are buying and it's naira correspondence will be displayed. Chat the vendor up using the chat box to know if he's online or put a call across to him, make payment into his account via bank transfer, don't write anything crypto as the purpose for transfer when making the payment. Once payment is made, click on Transferred, next and then click on confirm from the pop up screen, wait for few seconds, 60s to 120s and you will receive a message on your phone/PC screen informing you that your account has been credited. Transfer it from p2p to spot wallet, once this is done, u can then place a trade.

Your score is quite impressive. Why don't you get a change of course and study another course related to Medicine in Medical Science/Science?

These are options you could try out: Physiotherapy, Biochemistry or Chemistry.

If you got a good GP (result) in 100 level, you could cross to Medicine in 200L. (Though most departments in UI won't release their brilliant students.)

Or you could try again but harder next year.

The guy should forget the idea of crossing to medicine after part one unless he sabi VC. U pass too well , your department wont release u, GP not too good, medicine will not accept u. Double wahala. The guy should do Jupeb or wait for next year and also considers less competirive school like OOU, Delsu, etc
