The problem with you guys is you assumed all northerners are the same but you are wrong.

the north have many tribes, apart from tribes we have two type of individuals the educated elites and the opposite ( illiterates).

most of the illiterates are extremist because the are brainwashed by their scholars in almajiri school.

while the elites have a different way of seeking Islamic knowledge, they seek knowledge among them self through reason the hadith.

some times the illitrates folks paint us as infidels because we attained western education. some times threaten us, and they also thought we are always looking down on them because of our financial difference.
