Oh, sorry about that, what could be wrong?
Did you go and what questions was asked at the interview?
When did you see that you were rejected?

Honestly I'm speechless oh.

The rejection was immediate and my passport was returned to me with rejection stamps.

The Consular wasn’t satisfied with some of my answers, we were delayed for so long like 3.5 hours while they were attending to others in our front like this.

Questions asked
1. Purpose of visit
2. Where do i intend to visit
From my answers he pointed out that where i want to visit is trash and nothing fun is going on there and everyone he has interviewed that day has plans to visit there.
3.Did I pay anyone money for the visa purposes?
I said no he objected then that most tourism companies that give invitation letter collect money for it and I clarified I paid for a tourism package to visit and participate in the tourist event. He wasn’t satisfied about this and feel I was lying that he knows no one gives invitation letters for free hence rejection.

Hot takes

1. DIY all the way don’t use a third party or agent.

2. Don’t use inactive accounts for pof and before you submit your pof documents print it go through it yourself and make sure no suspicious activity or transactions the embassy can misinterpret. Don’t just dump lump some in your account and print it’s raises eye brows.

3. Dress very well if you were ever invited for physical interview and go ready to answer every question possible.

4. Brazilians hate lies to the core, don’t lie during your interview.

5. No fake documents at all

6.Again don’t use agent, third party of any sort they are recipes of failure and visa rejections.

7. If you are ever called for physical interview your chances are very slim, go through your documents and know everything you submitted so you can defend it, they can make you very anxious during the interview and that will probably make you misyarn.

Shalom!!

Hello people! It's nice to see that this thread is still active. Keep it up everyone! I gained a lot from this thread both positively and negatively.
Just a piece of advice to those seeking for information on visa processing and settling down in Brazil, be careful whose hand you shake or grab on this thread.
You might contact them privately thinking they'll be of assistance because they reside in Brazil, or they come online every now and then answering prospective applicants questions. Unbeknownst to you, they are looking for their next prey.
If you fall into their hands, your name is sorry .
Because they will make sure they extort you till your pocket is dry.
They will lie to you about the way things are here and when you arrive the story changes, by then you won't have a choice anymore because you left the devil you knew for an angel you just met🤷
They'll come here and talk about how they helped someone who repaid with evil but remember you didn't hear from the other person what actually transpired between them.
All these are plots to draw you to their DM's
Am not saying there are not genuine good people out there but most of them are scammers.
This is abroad nothing is free, there's always a price attached to the help they're offering you at the end of the day.
Be Careful!
I no say body go pepper some people, as I don cast their business so...

Peace out✌️

Thank you for this piece, alots of people on this thread are agent looking for customers, God bless the genuine diyers here.

the fact that they are inviting you for an interview means they are considering giving you the visa. Don't worry the interview won't take more than 5 mins.

Update on my application

I was rejected

Don't be scared, as long as you are not pregnant, and you didn't use fake documents. Reach the embassy on the date, act calm, cool, collected and answer all their questions.
Thanks for the timeline update, I guess they are now working on a fast pace.

Ehhn, Thanks so much.

Please when did you submit your application?
Please what the time frame from submission of hard copies to invitation for interview?

From past experiences on this thread, the interview is just to ask questions about your application, questions like where are you going to, date of travel, source of funds and most importantly to see if you are pregnant, as it is their norms to invite female visa applicants for physical interview

Ehn ehnn, Thank you so much for your reply. I am scared because all my male friends who had gotten their visas approved were not invited for physical interviews. I submitted my visit visa application on March 13. Submitted hard copied March 14. Invited for physical interview April 3rd.

Kindly note I used an invitation letter.

Good evening! I applied for a visit visa to brazil and I was invited for a physical interview which I am surprised about since they hardly do physical interview. Has anyone attended such an interview and had their visa approved?

I would greatly appreciate any tips on how to prepare for the interview. It is scheduled for next week ,9 of april and any tips and help would be appreciated. Also, I want to clarify that I am not pregnant or married.

I thought they said care work is strenuous s over there. And has all this time to roam about.

Candid advise let her know what you found out and you need to resolve this as a couple sit her down and talk.

I also feel you both need to build a home not talking about separate finances and all.

Sit as a couple come up with a budget and let her contribute towards the home too no matter how little.

The both of you need to be more accountable
Financially, nothing is bad from shopping from a high-end store it can be maybe a dress once a month just set good boundaries so that no one overspend and leave the necessary things behind.

I think she is an outdoor person try and come up with outdoor activities with her can be once a month to build bond.(e.g date night, game night)

After all this if she still dey waka about please divorce her and move.

Something tells me the marriage wasn't built on solid foundations and boundaries.

Thanks so much, I have done my research.

A)The intended program is a master's degree
duration I want: 2 years
B)Budget: 16,000 CAD

C)Considering these courses
1. Master of Health Administration (MHA) University of Ontario 16,000/2years (this fit my budget the most at the moment and i think it is a DLI)
2. Community Health Sciences Master of Science (MSc)
3. Social Work Master of Social Work (MSW)
4. Military, Security, and Strategic Studies Master of Strategic Studies (MSS)
5.Master of Science in Health Informatics (2ND preffered)

c. I have a second class lower degree from a university and two years banking experience .

Joedave25:
@ Klare,

You can start by
a) defining your goal and budget......how many years of program and funding.
b) Intended program - should align either with your first degree or working experience among other things..... career progression is key in this journey
c) Create time and go through the links on the 1st page of this thread and the previous thread
c).look for schools and their admission requirements (must be a DLI). etc

I hope this helps.

Good morning, I have been battling wisdom tooth inflammation, and the pain is unbearable on both sides. I really would want them removed.

But currently, I have only experienced pain on the left side.

I kindly need recommendations of where to get it removed with utmost care. Especially in area not far from Bariga and yaba axis at an affordable price.

My last general hospital dentist visit in school was traumatizing. The dentist kept turning my head anyhow and won't bug even when I complained I felt like i was electrocuted.

Ps: It was for washing and polishing

Lastly, I have always had issues at intervals with my wisdom tooth the inflammatory pain. But the tooth still plays smart when I visit a dentist; the problem sometimes stops towards my visits, which makes the dentist told me to let the tooth be.

poster i beg with God ingnore them. such people are pests looking for who to feed on. forgive them wholeheartedly if you can or take your time to forgive. after then concentrate on your job and career ensure you reach the highest peak you want, focus on building a great life for your self and future family. such family members who did that will run if you are back to square one. as a son honour you be sending them little upkeep once in a while.

when they complain about a problem bring complaints that are bigger then theirs. they will run. emphasis on sending them money once awhile so they wont turn it to entitlement mentality. i pray God opened their eyes to see how much hurt they did to you.

i pray peace and light more blessings your way
