Both you Hausa's and Yoruba's united and did worse evil to Igbo's during Biafra war, whatever Igbo's do to you can never be compared to thee evil you did to them

[Biafra war was between Nigerian government (not Yoruba or hausa) and The Eastern region who were clamoring for a breakaway from Nigeria, and claiming themselves to be a sovereign state. You need to go back and learn your history]
PoliticsRe: Reno Omokri On PMB Borrowing by KlassikBlack(m): 9:53pm On May 02, 2020
This fool can only deceive his fellow wailers because they have short memories.

His boss, Jonathan had the highest revenue in Nigeria history since 1914, yet, he went ahead to borrow 10 billion dollar to pay salaries.

Buhari had the lowest revenue since 1999, he borrowed only 20 billion dollar to do critical infrastructure.
Between Buhari and Jonathan, there's a revenue gap of more than 200 billion dollar, yet Jonathan couldn't do any meaningful infrastructure.

Buhari is using these loans to complete all the projects abandoned by PDP. The only one he would not complete is the new Wadata house!!![

[Well pointed out brother.. any government having a meagre IGR has no option than to borrow. Even more developed countries are borrowing, right from time, Nigeria has been borrowing and will continue to borrow

Nairaland GeneralFive Things You Must Do Before Age Twenty-five by KlassikBlack(op): 5:11pm On Jan 03, 2020
Sometimes, life takes us by surprise; one moment you’re a kid wishing to grow up so bad so you can do adult things and the next you’re a full-grown man trying to survive ‘adulting’ and before you can say jack, you are married with three kids.
I still remember it like yesterday—the days when I was still in secondary school and was wishing so bad that I had beards. I and my friends went as far as applying methylated spirit on our jaws in the hope that it will somehow quicken the beard-growing process.
Here are a few things an adult should have done at 25 so he or she would have a more balanced life:

1. Get your international passport:
This is important because we now live in a very borderless world. A random job you applied for in Egypt just because you’re bored can come through and you don’t want something as small as lack of international passport to mess it up. Aside jobs, many scholarship/internship opportunity are open to Nigerians and you don’t want anything to stand in your way.

2. Learn how to drive:
Many people are under the wrong notion that you ought to own a car to learn to drive one. That’s not true. I have seen job openings that came with the clause that the candidate must know how to drive. Driving is a basic human skill and no one should be 25 without knowing how to do it. Apart from cases of needing it for a job or an opportunity, it may happen that an emergency situation arises and the life of a person depends on how quickly he or she is driven to the hospital. No such live deserves to be lost just because someone decided not to learn a skill as basic as learning to drive.

3. Learn A Highly Demanded Skill:
What many people don’t know is that no matter how busy you are at 25, it is a child’s play compared to how busy you’d be in the coming years. It is therefore a good time to learn a highly demanded skill, so one’s financial future will not continue to lie in the hand of those who who don’t care about him/her.

4. Learn to be okay on your own:
At 25, a certain degree of emotional is expected from an individual and learning to be okay on one’s own is one such emotion. The capacity to know when to turn off the T.V, when to shut off social media, when to say enough to YouTube’s endless streams of amazing videos is one capacity an individual is expected to have by the time they are 25.

5. Learn to cook
In the 21 st century, cooking is a basic human survival skill. Everyone irrespective of their sex should learn to cook. The desire to eat right and keep healthy should be a major factor in the desire to learn to cook.

Nairaland GeneralTackling Overpopulation In Nigeria by KlassikBlack(op): 1:08pm On Jan 02, 2020
Accurate Information is the driving force behind any states development (something I know that the developed states use in preparing their budget or use in taking any decision relating to national interest). I know and I'm sure that the Nigerian government have a poor record of her population, her infant rate over the years is quite alarming especially for a country who is yet to take good care of her citizens. @The Nigerian Executive Council, The Legislative Council and The Judiciary Council... should look into controlling her Infant rate.. if possible place a Max no of children on families. We are not in the 80/90"s again biko.. some pple would just be giving birth anyhow despite knowing that they can't cater for them all[b]Accurate Information is the driving force behind any states development (something I know that the developed states use in preparing their budget or use in taking any decision relating to national interest). Good evening guys... A happy new month and a prosperous new year to us all...

I've always fancied my chances of getting a scholarship for my Masters degree abroad.. most especially if you graduated with a 2:1 which I thought would give one an edge during the process... as fate would have it reverse is the case... my question now is...

1. What are the chances of someone who graduated with 2:2 in securing any scholarship to study abroad

2. If one would apply for any using a B.Sc certificate.. is it still necessary to go for TOEFL/IELTS or whatever again?

3. The scholarship stuff.. especially the fully funded ones.. cuz that's the one I'm really looking forward to.. how do one really go about it??

Sincere and serious advice please... so we can know where to start from
Thank you
