Housing is expensive in my city, even the student hostel is €300+ per month. Getting a job without german in my city is 2%.

Germans are wired in a way that I don't understand, I don't really relate with their ladies so I don't have an answer for you.

Lecturers are friendly and approachable but professional as well. There was a dinner and drinking party with the HOD of my department in December.

Seems that is where i will be going to last last oooo. I got admitted to Dortmund but in a german language taught course and i am no proficient in Deutsche. I have mail the school seeking for advice but no reply. If that is the only admission you have make you take am oooo. I go take am if it is the only one atleast MMT is just 1 and 1/2years. How far you don go for interview? I try office line e no go

If it's online application, most schools do not require that your documents are certified. Bremen, saarland, Göttingen and co do not require certified documents for online application.

Some schools require certified copies for online application. Bonn is an example.

Some schools want your documents by post mail but they ask for plain photocopies.

All these ones, you'll present the originals to them when you're admitted or when you resume

So don't be scared, just follow the instructions given by your school.

1. Yes they do, although I did IELTS in my own time and GRE to boost my application profile. But that was way before I started applying to any school.

2. Sure. I read mechanical engineering. And I'm here. Infact a high percentage of us in class read mechanical engineering

3. You apply directly to the school, no need for uni-assist for this course.

Gosh! Finally got to the page 396 of this thread and boy, am I glad I did?

I looked back at the two questions I asked here and it's hard not to feel embarrassed. I mean, all of the answers were just lying everywhere on the thread.

I literally feel like I know most of you already by following your stories from the days of your GRE and TOEFL, your test days, expectations, disappointments, your acceptance in various schools, visa interviews and how you're coping in the country of study. Like I already said, I am very glad for the experience.

I am writing the GRE in October, and I haven't read jack. I will start classes on Monday that'll run six weeks for the GRE and four weeks for the TOEFL (all done together). I already went through the materials I got from B.Y Mafit and I don't know how to feel - confused? scared? worried? I don't know.

Please, I need as much encouragement as possible. If there are other people who are applying for Fall 2019 who haven't written the GRE yet, please say something as I'd need as much motivation as possible. In fact, let's motivate each other.

P.S. If there is anyone going for an Advertising course in any US school, please holler. I'm yet to see anybody who is currently studying or wants to study Adverstising in the US (both here and the USA visa thread). All I see are tons of STEM courses and few communication courses.
