This amount you should never allow to be in your account. I just hope you received it in bits and not just once, and I hope it is from a clean source. This is because you will have to soon explain to PayPal what the money was for. You should withdraw in tiny bits especially if it is a new account. I hope you've not tried to withdraw maybe above $80 for a new account as that would be a huge mistake. You should withdraw for the first time amounts like 50, then 70 and then 90 and 100 then 130 and continue that way until you build that account to receive and withdraw large amounts. But I hope you didn't attempt to withdraw a large amount. Sincerely, if this has been going on for a long time or if you have waited for more than 3 days before now and it's still the same, that account has been flagged. That is PayPal for you.

I'm not sure it's the network. I have download speeds of about 1-2MB/s. I googled and saw old complaints on the same issue on the web. Anyway, you can click on the Payment tab and you'll be able to find your balance and Transfer button.

The same happens here even with my fast network. The balance from the summary page comes on sometimes and most times it does not. I do not think it's an issue tho

You must have sold a lot then. You should have collected your commission in batches and withdraw in batches too. As for withdrawing, you should wait for maybe 48 hours before attempting to withdraw and if this is your first time withdrawing from that account, just do not start with 200. Start withdrawing 80, then 100, and 150 consecutively before attempting that 200. No go let make PayPal begin suspect say you wan launder money.
