The armed forces and police when they change their heads the new ones would do gra-gra for one week and enter their shells b4 u know it. I can remember when d president appointed the new IGP he said I feel like a lion, so where is the toothless lion today. |
ibechris:That axis has been bad since 2007. I remember going to Abuja for the first time in my life by road. Some guys were pointing to our tyre. I told d driver looks like we got a flat, but d driver did not wait immediately, he waited about 2 km away. We got down looked around the car no flat. It was then high way patrol came to meet us, they told to move on that those pointing are armed robbers. That was 2007 how much now when bandits are everywhere. |
The SW one can be in a new location in Badagry as Lagos Island is too congested to be a retreat. |
The American President goes to Camp David to retreat. The UK prime Minister goes to the Chequers And Putin goes to his Duma Russian retreat. Where does Nigeria president go and retreat no where, no wonder the Governor’s went to Kigali the other day. |
They should put it in the constitution that the president conduct the business of the state for 2 months in all 6 presidential retreats through out a 4 year period. And if he gets elected a second term he/ she do the same in his second term too. SW Retreat - Lagos, the state house in Marina NE- They should build a new one on the shores of Lake Chad. With the president residing in Borno for 2 months there would be no insurgency. NW - Kajure Castle in Kaduna State, should developed to presidential standards. NC - A new Presidential palace to built at Mt Patti Lokoja, in any case Lokoja was once our capital. SE- A presidential palace to built on the River Niger in Ontsha SS - A Presidential beach home in Eket, Akwa Ibom State This way a Nigerian president can be said to be close to his people anytime he goes on his retreats. Instead of staying in Abuja all through. What do u think Guys. |
iammo:U sure, picture please. Are u telling me dss facility don become hotel. That is a lie. Nigeria that has no maintenance culture. |
She dey count am, she sure it is not 398 times |
Godwin Emefiele Can you imagine having billions in your account and being locked in a box room 24 hours of day. That is torture. So my people u are not suffering, just ask Emefiele. |
SaintNegro77:Then we must siddon for our country. No point feeling bad Dubai no gree give us visa. At this rate Ghana would say we should get visa b4 we come to their country. |
We should not be bothered by the UAE doing a turn around. No country wants liability of hungry people running to their country. Once we fix our economy every country in the world would open their border. Your country must be a country flowing with milk and honey and I don’t see y Nigeria cannot be so. With Arable land from Lagos to Maiduguri and Another one from Calabar to Sokoto, I can’t see y we cannot feed ourselves and be the number 1 country of the world. If China can do it, we too can do it. So let us get to work fixing the economy. |
rolams:Then your currency crashes with it now. |
I have strong feelings between Cardozo & Wale Edu the policy highlighted here may come to fusion where our currency would be backed by a drum of crude oil using modular refinery as the template. Come watch the Naira shore up like an Eagle on cruise control. |
Dangote’s 20 billion refinery would be redundant if we build like 100 modular refinery turning out millions of barrels a day. But someone would not let us do that. |
I can’t believe that what constitutes a barrel of oil which is worth $80.00 can literally be scooped from the ground effortlessly in Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta states and we say we are poor. Modular refinery is 1 million dollars yet we are wasting time instead of flooding our warehouses with crude oil. |
I thought it cost $1million dollars to build a modular refinery, why are we not building like 100 and start pilling up barrels of crude oil which the whole world know it’s value is $80.00 It is not rocket science to strengthen a currency. Where are our thinking caps🤫 |
Get like 10 modular refineries in around Rivers, Delta & Bayelsa and what they would be doing is putting crude barrels b4 u know it you have a stock pile of 200 million barrels valued 200 million x 80 that is almost 160 billion in reserves . With that kind of money in reserve d currency would be stronger than d dollar. |
Alchemy528:Give examples of currency tied to a commodity. Because for you to have that strong currency the physical gold must be present. In our own case the oil barrel should present and of course the whole world knows how much a barrel of oil cost. |
Oil price is $80.00 per barrel. You would need 80 units of American money to buy a barrel of oil. So to strengthen your currency u refine your crude and put them in a massive storage where it would be sold to whoever needs it. The price is common knowledge worldwide. Now you can now devalue your currency by 4. That is 4/80 = 20 At present we need 80 American units to buy a barrel but once we devalue our currency by 4 it simply means one unit of our currency would be 4 American dollars. Sikena problem solved. |
Maybe we should adopt the Biafra pound as our national currency because it is stronger than the English pound 😲 |
1 Biafra pound is now 2,500 Naira. |
Why was obi paying contractors 250 million cash every month if he is not Gbaju eh! |
Alchemy528:Fear is gripping someone oh. Obi sef go want shiiiiit for pant because the whole world will see foul yansh. |
austinofo:I can smell an obidient from a mile away. No worries Bola would not touch that scam master. Elections are over now. |
Is this true😲 |
Thank God they I thinking of doing it. |
I think city boy will let slide. His not vindictive. What do think. |
Chinjo2:On the internet or real life🤔 |
The most important thing to know is that Northern Nigeria and as far south to Oyo, Ogun, Oshun state where part of the empire that explains the relevance of the empire religion Islam in as far south as Lagos. Uthamn danfodio did not bring Islam to the SW, it was brought to the SW between the time of Mali/ Songhai empire. Islam was also wide spread in Southern Dahomey , Togo and Ghana. |
Christistruth00:And so what?? |
sunboy:Wazobia has know history behind it. It is a shallow name without any significance. The ethnic minority would feel slighted by the name sef. |
Fejoku:In other climes they may be called slaves but were at d beck and call of the old who was a high chief with about 20 wives. |
