The highly intelligent ones that really have something upstairs hardly post on Nairaland. It's those with empty brains going from one thread to the other to post nonsense all day.
It never fails! You always have time to write a version of this post. You don’t have time but you always have time to let the world know you don’t have time. Lol

Pure atheism is the most unreasonable. It's the ultimate sciolism.

Sciolism is worse than ignorance
Is impure atheism more unreasonable compared to pure theism?

How do you rate pure theism compared to impure agnosticism?

Is impure deism more potent than pure agnosticism?
Christianity Etc › Re: My Agnosticism Journey* by KnownUnknown:
A001:
Pure atheism is an ignorant position, just like theism. Both are the same sides of the same coin.

But deism is still reasonable.
Pure atheism is an ignorant position, just like theism, and agnosticism. The former are the different sides of the same coin while agnosticism is the rim of the coin. However, all are unable to realize the coin is illusory.

Deism, pantheism, monotheism, duotheism polytheism, etc are on the same side of the coin as theism. Just layers that you pull away until you reach monotheism.

I dgaf who the designer or designers are.
That’s not a reasonable answer to the question “is the designer complex”?

Negroid001:
No evidence man.
Made up things don’t have evidence.

Negroid001:
But let the truth be told, everything has a process. Life didn't just pop up from no where.
No it didn’t. It’s one of the myriad processes that occur on earth.

Negroid001:
Things are too complex.
Too complex compared to what?

Negroid001:
Nairaland platform didn't just write and code itself into existence. It's obvious it's a work of careful planning, codes and algorithms, user interface and whatever makes up a forum website.
Of course not. People write codes.

Negroid001:
If i might ask, how did life come into existence?
What's your belief?
I think life is due to, and began because of, the interaction, between the earth, the sun, and the moon.
To speculate, life as we know it may be pretty simple compared to other forms of existence. I can easily fathom an alien race with a “ brain”of four layers who would make us look like chimpanzees in comparison. Regardless, life is one of the processes that happen that need no external explanation that “transcends the universe”. The universe evolves and constantly reconfigures what is or itself (including us). If there is purpose behind it, that purpose is beyond human comprehension. At the same time, the concept of purpose may just be a human idea.

Negroid001:
Please rephrase your question
You said “Everything in existence is so complex that i strongly believe life didn't come by chance or the big bang bula bla. Look around you, everthing around you including your embodiment is a clear work of design”

Work of design indicates that there is a “designer” or “designers”.
Is the designer complex?

I think the OP is more of an agnostic theist also called agnostitheism because he believes in the eixstence of a Supreme being but insist that it's unknown.

Agnostic theism, agnostotheism, or agnostitheism is the philosophical view that encompasses both theism and agnosticism. An agnostic theist believes in the existence of one or more gods, but regards the basis of this proposition as unknown.

I figured that from this statement:
"There is indeed an intelligent supreme being. Y'all should stop claiming you have an idea what it is. Humans have even attributed a gender to the x factor we know nothing about."

If he had gone further to say that this intelligent Supreme being does not interfere in anything in the universe, then he would be a deist. So I don't think the OP is an agnostic.
Lmao. Do you have evidence against him being an agnostic deist?
Agnostideism or Agnostodeism grin

Therein lies our answer.
Youre not a theist sympathizer. You just don't believe in other gods but yours.
Therefore, Youre a full blown theist.
Same goes for these “agnostics”.

Like that time Zeus turned into a bull and Sango obliterated that tree. LoLz.
Lol. Zeus and Sango are two of The Divine Thousand. Just look at the complex complexity of the world. It didn’t come out of nothing and it’s too complexly complex to have been created by one god. That’s stupid! The Divine Thousand created the world!! The ancient Romans called them Divimum Mille.

Where is the evidence against them?!!

The Vatican is hiding the true records of creation by the Divinum Mille because they know if the information gets out, that’s the end of their magic Jew nonsense!!! Word is, the Spanish Inquisition was partly to destroy the truthful priesthood of Divinum Mille. When some of them escaped to West Africa, the Christians pursued them and they were captured and enslaved in America. But fortunately they buried their scrolls and totems which have since been rediscovered.

The scrolls say that there were multiple creations during the initial epoch when the Divinum Mille decided to reify the divine forms in the material plane. After observing the worlds and discovering what’s tenable, they reduced the number of worlds to 118. Why 118? Do a little research yourself.

Some theists maintain that unless atheists can disprove the existence of a god, or gods, their position is untenable. It does, however, depend on which of the many thousands of humanity's gods one has in mind; strangely, such theists cheerfully accept the arguments against every god except their own preferred one(s).
On similar lines, some antitheists maintain that because theists cannot prove the existence of their chosen god or gods, their position is untenable. A similar fallacy, from the opposite direction.
The burden of proof lies with whoever is making the assertion. If there's no evidence either way, it's a matter of faith, or lack thereof. Expressing a personal belief/disbelief in the existence of a certain god/goddess is sound enough, but claiming their opinion is factual or denouncing the opponent's claim as false without any proof supporting one idea or disproving the other is fallacious. While an unfalsifiable claim/hypothesis can be proven neither right nor wrong, it is reasonable to dismiss it as non-factual if it lacks logical supporting evidence.

Higher intelligence
Supreme Intellect
Extra physical Source
The Source
The One
Maximally Great Power
Energy
All forms of Energy
The Universe
The universal consciousness
The ultimate consciousness
The supreme consciousness
Existence
Ultimate existence
The creator
The uncaused cause
The ultimate cause
The necessary being
Higher being
Ultimate being

Negroid001:
If you ask me, is there a God?
I'd reply with "is it the God of the bible, Quran, your culture and countless other religions?"
Shouldn’t the response be “what is a god”?

Have you ever seen a god, experienced a god, know the substance a god is made of, what a god smells like, looks like, sound like?

No. All your”agnosticism” is based on is the presupposition that there is some shit called god, which you call “supreme being” while deluding yourself that you are somehow enlightened because of your “neutrality” about a question you already answered in the affirmative.
Christianity Etc › Re: My Agnosticism Journey* by KnownUnknown:
Negroid001:
There is indeed an intelligent supreme being.
Just one? Why not 19? What if this supreme being is supremely unintelligent?

Maybe there is a race of supreme beings and yours is the dumbest one imaginable.

Negroid001:
Y'all should stop claiming you have an idea what it is.
Why should they do that when you just did the same thing above. Isn’t your intelligent supreme being a claim?

Negroid001:
Humans have even attributed a gender to the x factor we know nothing about.
If you know nothing about it why are you sure that it is singular?
You don’t attribute gender to it but you think it’s intelligent.

Negroid001:
Every culture has developed a framework of stories and folk lores to explain the creation story, it's from here religion and sects are created. Every culture has it's creation story.
So you can understand that people create these stories while being utterly incapable of understanding that “god”, “supreme being” ,“the great bla bla” are characters in these stories. Are you aware that there are examples of “creation stories” that are devoid of “creators” or gods?

People create stories and the characters in stories but “god” is somehow exempt. Lol

I once visited my one of my big bro, he is igbo and a fanatic catholic. He doesn't joke with his rosary and statues. On this particular day, i mistakenly knocked down his jesus on the cross statue, he went bonkers. When i picked the statue up, embossed at the bottom stand were the words "made in china". Jokes on all catholic folks. I checked the other totems and all and it was the same made in china. A country that doesn't believe in Jesus is mass producing your idols for you. And you're gullible to defend something that's not yours.
Lmao. They just like the European idols better because they are slave minded.
Later in they will start bleating about “idolatry” and “paganism” as if their delusion is any different.
