The way Uber block drivers eh , I don’t understand ... the last time I was warned my cancellation was at 5percent and it’s still at 5 percent only for me to wake up that I have been deactivated . Out of a total of 108 trips , completed is 103 and canceled is 5 and I was deactivated , please does riders cancellation affect drivers , the only two times I recollect canceling , I made sure I got to the pick up point and waited for 5 mins , I even made sure the rider wasn’t charged oo. I don’t understand Uber these days to be honest |

From Uber, it will take 12-18 months to be in full effect lexylexy: I think it's not clear enough. It has to be very clear for them to approve. Meanwhile, I thought the new regulations states comprehensive insurance should be used from now.

Honestly this rating on bolt is confusing , I Dey crawl with 5.53 since , it dropped to that and refused to go up since last month , what I noticed now is after 2 trips and rating my passengers highly instead of the usual 1 star, I don dey 4.85...the thing Dey confuse me |

You shouldnt be with that type of rider , be it offline or online ... do you think your online status will save you with 30k loud in the car ?? Babadee1900: Offline trip is interesting. Let’s just be careful with riders we negotiate offline trips with.
The girl I took to Atican beach earlier bought 30,000 worth of ‘Loud’ on the way. Imagine what will happen if you are with that kind of a rider on offline and police stop you.
By the way, SCIID abi SARS are already on that Okun-Ajah road as at the time I was leaving. Some guys coming to the beach had to do a 360 turn when they sighted the police guys. Had to slam hard on my brake to let him go. Crazy stunt. |

I reach atican beach today , around 12...got two long mainland trips , Uber was gbagada and bolt was abule egba...omo I negotiated offline for the two riders gbagada 5500 , abule egba 8000... gbagada guy gree , abule egba still Dey contemplate , I left him , he actually booked two rides because they were more than 5 , the second driver also told him 8k to abule egba and I wasn’t even there when they negotiating ... there are certain times when offline is king and riders no go get choice |

Well they suspended me also for a week , reason being I declined a card trip, I asked them how does one know if it’s card or cash sef. I just have to wait a week , hopefully yours is a week too. The last time they sent me that message they sent you , I was just warned I guess with no blocl davit: None at all. I even have few trips on the app. |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by knytred: 11:04am On Jul 23, 2020 |
did you buy any chance recently get a request then negotiated offline with the rider? davit: Guys see Wetin Uber knack me this morning ọ. I have never had reason to cheat them o.
Below is my response to them.
Dear Uber,
Please note that I have never done any of the things listed above. Since I got activated on Uber, I have been more concerned about delivering excellent service to my riders.
You can get in touch with all my recent riders please to clarify this.
I believe this is an error from your system. Kindly look into it speedily. I'm not a cheat and will never be one for whatever reason.
I'm only concerned about your number 2 and 3 reasons. I know on some occasions riders might ask to be taken to an address different from where they indicated on the app. I ve had reason to pick riders too from a different place indicated for pick up. But this I know Uber had sent them codes to be assured I pick up the right rider.
I look forward to hearing from you please.
Warm regards,
Guys Wetin you think ọ. |

That’s how one of them did same thing to me for 1000, she stopped taking calls because she lives in an estate and they won’t allow me in without residential access, luckily for me the day I dropped her I got a ride in her estate so when she was behaving funny I called the second rider to help me with access because the first rider I dropped of before I picked her was not answering me again , she did and I entered the estate in Lekki , when I got to the gate I told the security to go and call her and before the gate man returned I saw alert , these days I won’t free you till I see credit alert ooo....why I left that day was because immediately I dropped her I got the second rider in her estate and she was in a hurry |

There be should a settings to make it possible to not receive trips less than a Certain km( like 5km) or the minimum amount for a trip should be 1000 , people are taking advantage of drivers during this rainy season, Na so one Rider wanted me to come and pick him from a very bad street into another bad street ....Asin why put me and my car through all that stress for 300 Naira and na their type go demand for Ac |

Yes to like 15 if not 12 self and make it like 5% or even 7 and watch how every one will drop other apps for tj them Felicity0001: Thats because most drivers have port to a more favourable platform. If the surges are back how about the 3% incentives after 20 trips? So long that is not back partnership with uber as a driver at this time is worthless. And even if they've to return it the numbers of trips has to reduce due to reduce numbers of requests. |
