Solseal007:Pray for wisdom? Yet even with all of the many prayers you offer up your race and country remain the most foolish on the planet. Clearly, wisdom does not come by way of your many prayers... 😂😂😂😂😂 |
Solseal007:Of course the blessings of your gods aka your scammers-in-the-lords won't dry up because many of them literally have millions of you gullible ones worshipping them with your money and lives. You literally sign up even your own children to continue from where you stop so why would their own blessings— money they spend on frivolous things of this world to outfit their earthly kingdoms— ever dry up? ![]() 2. See this mumu! What blessings have you ever received from your gods aka your scammers-in-the-lords that can remotely compare with all of the time, money, and breath you have wasted your years offering to them? I can guarantee you that you remain at a net loss when you really do some honest accounting. 3. See this one for Pete's sake! ![]() |
johnw47:... Petalss:Petalss, after pointing out in my previous response how his literal explanation of that verse— an interpretation/explanation which completely ignored every else spoken by the same Jesus Christ in the same context — is not to be trusted, you see he is now having to back-track on what you had previously asserted of his explanation — he is now contradicting the former claim made by you of how his explanation was literal. 😂😂😂😂😂 |
NewDea4:Are the minorities any different from the majority? ![]() |
Gospelpreacher1:Utter Nonsense! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 |
gidgiddy:Which Nigerian God saves those who cannot save themselves? How many abandoned babies —babies who have had their bodies dumped in gutters or latrine pits—have been saved by this God of yours? ![]() 2. At what point in history has this God ever saved Nigeria or Nigerians? We need records of the effectiveness of the particular God you refer to abeg! ![]() |
babasolution:1. This is even worse! So, in a place like Nigeria where I grew up, members of a community came together, not to build private schools, roads, town halls, or power transmission lines. Instead, they contributed money to sponsor the government in their own community. what sort of nonsense is that? 😏 2. Members of the community fed their own money into a non-profit endeavor and then expected the same government that never paid them any mind before it all to come in and maintain it on their behalf. No be craze be that? 🙄 3. Abeg, stop rambling o'jare! You call them stewpid wazobia laws but you have yet to reveal that any of them have in fact hindered you or any minor group you know of from directly engaging and developing themselves at the village, township, and LGA levels. No be craze them dey call that? 🙄 |
babasolution:1. What law enabled the community you mentioned earlier to donate and to form a company for themselves, to build for themselves a hospital but then stop them from maintaining the company they built for themselves? ![]() 2. So, the business they built was not profitable but somehow they then expected government or someone else to come in to save their private investment? Does that make sense of any kind? ![]() 3. Prevents sustainable funding of private businesses? Does that even make sense to you? ![]() 4. Well, the problem isn't limited to the major tribes as you have clearly revealed by the many silly excuses you have attempted to make over and over again on why even the minority tribes are unable to sustainably change their lives any differently from the other tribes in the country. ![]() |
AUTOCRATIC:Again, ➜Which God and how did this God enter into the context that is Nigeria for Pete's sake? ➜Where is the evidence of this God in the history of your Nigeria? ➜What proof do you have in Nigeria of the existence of this particular God you reference? Last I checked, in Nigeria alone, there are over 40 deities worshipped by many peoples... so where is the particular evidence of the existence and acts of this particular God you speak of and why would this God save your Nigeria... a land with over 40 recognized different deities? ![]() |
abiolamitodun:That is assault, a crime, and you as a witness ought to call the police immediately. ![]() |
babasolution:1. What you are telling us is that the people... the same ones whom you earlier indicated were able to come together to build a hospital for themselves in the past... should not be expected to help themselves at all. ![]() 2. How can it be private when you stated that maintenance had to be handled by, not those who came together to build the facilities, but others completely removed from them? ![]() 3. Basically, you finally admit then that the minor tribes are just as pathetic as the major tribes in their yearning for some government from some where to come to save them all, abi? You created this thread to create the perception that there was a difference to be noted between the major and minor tribes but here you indicate that they all are out there waiting for a savior at the village, township, and LGA levels. ![]() |
Jozilinn:1. Of what real tangible value is this mercy you seek from outside of that which you don't seem to have an understanding of when you have yet to understand mercy or its ramifications within the realm you exist in? You mention kidnappers, ritualists...an endless list, and how they are sponsored by top people in the society. What is the connection between all of that and the mercy you claim you ask for? ![]() 2. Where in the world do you even get this idea of man in god's form and likeness from when you are here clearly afraid of ordinary men and are running away from reality... seeking mercy elsewhere rather than from the very men who you claim plague society with ills? Clearly, you are running away from reality and using the mentions of some unknown deity out there to run away from the men around you who you also believe are in the unknown deity's form and likeness. Does that even make sense? ![]() |
babasolution:1. Communal contributions but owned by whom? The government or the people who contributed to build it..aka private investors? ![]() 2. So, unless massive funds are available, not even the local schools can be developed by way of private contributions from the villages over time-- shareholders, abi? ![]() 2. Are deep pockets what is necessary or a people with a plan and a resolve? If deep pockets are the solution why are LGAs located across of Lagos State, including Dangote's home town and village, all equally without any of the listed? ![]() |
1Sharon:Not entirely true at all. Longjohns have been unisex since as far back as the 80s or even 70s when more and more women went into work factory and warehouse jobs. ![]() |
babasolution:Wetin concern state government with this now. So, private developments and investments from people within even the minor tribes are totally out of the question even at these smaller levels for una? ![]() 2. What you just said makes no sense of any kind. If the hospital is privately owned shouldn't the maintenance fall on the owners themselves? ![]() |
richmond500:Stop lying! The Naira is falling in value against the Dollar in turn means that the Dollar gained in value RELATIVE TO the Naira --- of course, during the same period in consideration here. 🙄🙄🙄 What happened to the Naira after the 2023 elections has nothing to do with other currencies. 🙄🙄🙄 |
babasolution:I will bite🤔🤔🤔 ... what are the systemic things today hindering people in village A or town A or LGA A from coming together as a tribe to provide themselves any of the above-listed amenities? ![]() |
Solseal007:How come your pastors, prophets, imams, etc., continue to collect money from you all if prayers is what you need to survive this evil economy that they helped in creating? Why aren't they surviving it on just prayers still? 🤔 When the economy was OK, your scammers-in-the-lords told you— their gullible slaves— to bring your money... when the economy turned bad, they continued to ask you— their gullible slaves— to continue to bring your money to them. Don't you see that you — their gullible slaves— and your money are the only reason your scammers-in-the-lords can survive both the good and bad times? Who did this to you? 🤔 3. Earn 1 million in December and you eat it all in December with no thought of the next months to come? Who do una this kain thing abeg?🤔 |
MrRemedyAlagbo:Only indomie? Nothing else? ![]() |
richmond500:Dollar is barely moving an inch. Rather, Naira is falling in value... has been since June of 2023, and continues to even after several attempts to artificially prop it back up. ![]() |
AUTOCRATIC:Which God and how did this God enter into the context that is Nigeria for Pete's sake? Where is the evidence of his God in the history of your Nigeria? What proof do you have in Nigeria of the existence of this particular God you reference? Last I checked, in Nigeria alone, there are over 40 deities worshipped by many peoples... so where is the particular evidence of the existence and acts of this particular God you speak of and why would this God save your Nigeria... a land with over 40 recognized different deities? ![]() What a very brain-damaged write-up and conclusion at that. ![]() |
Jozilinn:Which deity abeg? The same ones that watch as 10s of thousands of Nigerians die in the hands of kidnappers, terrorists, ritualists, policemen, and road accidents each year? ![]() |
babasolution:Interesting claim you make regarding the minor tribes somehow being greater. There are 774 local government areas in Nigeria... municipalities where if the people truly wished for progress, they could easily begin making it happen for themselves as is. To date, none of those 774 municipalities can boast of any of the following ■ Clean water supply to homes ■ Robust sewage and water management system ■ Effective Waste management system ■ Good schools with world-standard educational and Skills training services ■ Internet connectivity in both homes and businesses ■ Electricity supply to homes and businesses(through building of dams, use of wind turbines, and better distribution services) ■ World Standard equipped Healthcare network ■ Sturdy road network complete ■ Passenger Rail system linking at least the major towns and cities ■ Network of Libraries with free access to members of the public to support learning ■ Better prison facilities and rehabilitation programs ■ Expansion of police-community programs to help capture crimes across all parts of the state. ■ Robust Gas transmission network for the direct piping of gas into homes. , etc. So, do you want us to believe that these minor tribes which you claim have achieved greater than the major tribes have so far do not live within any of the 774 LGAs that is Nigeria? ![]() The major tribes have indeed amounted to nothing as far as Nigeria is concerned but that doesn't mean the minor tribes are any better than they are. As the proof is everywhere that all tribes in Nigeria are nothing but mouths and noise. ![]() |
How? Na devaluation of Naiea they cause the record highs, abi? We probably need to compare the amount in dollars until when the naira appreciates abeg. ![]() |
1Sharon:Longjohns are worn by males and females. ![]() |
Elidrisy20:Go tell that joke of yours to those who are today languishing in overcrowded jails across Nigeria because they refused to use their heads. 😏 |
Petalss:But here's the obvious problem with the interpretation he gave you, lighting cannot be seen everywhere. If I am in the Humboldt Park area of Chicago for example, and lightning strikes in the Irving park area of the same Chicago, or even somewhere up in somewhere in Harwood, chances are almost 100% that I will not see it, even if at night. ![]() |
Petalss:If I were speaking to a group of students without much exposure to the terms and terminologies associated with a particular area of expertise, then, yes, an interpretation would be required in the same language. For instance, while giving a talk to a bunch of non-marine scientists, a marine scientist would need to engage in extensive interpretation of marine science-related materials to get his particular message across. If I were trying to convince a five-year-old of how eating his vegetables and fruits is essential to keeping his body healthy and strong, I would need to interpret the information I have to suit his particular level of understanding. This points to an interpretation of this kind being, much like an opinion, personal or of private understanding. It is to this end that it becomes necessary to value it against the original message which is what should instead matter.. An interpretation's value,/worth should be based on how much it conforms/fits with the beginning/ original message. If the end message does not mirror— 100%— the original message then the interpretation is worthless and meaningless and should be tossed out completely. ![]() Another thing I notice is that same-language interpretations seem only necessary when there are disparities in the informational comprehension levels of those to receive the message. A marine biologist is on a level different from his non-marine biology audience, and an adult is on a whole different level from his 5-year-old student. Those at the higher levels are left providing interpretations to those lower on the scale. Do such scales exist when it comes to Scripture? 🤔 2. You mention the use of figures of speech such as metaphors in language expressed in Scripture. Isn't this common sense though since the use of figures of speech is found in literally every language on the planet? Why does the existence of them in language — since the very first languages even —need to be made to seem as though it changes the meaning of what was written? 🤔 Here's an example metaphor translated from the Greek language to English found in John 21. Jesus Christ used the metaphor "Feed my sheep..., take care of my sheep." Does the existence of this metaphor in the original language which was then translated to English change the as-is interpretation of the message in some way? How does one go about comprehending what is written even in that passage as-is if not by paying close attention to everything else contained in the same book and context provided by the speaker? 🤔 |
mecuries:Now the missionaries are gone and they left us much of the land they originally took but what are we still using them for? These days we have our people enslaving the people using the name of the missionaries who are long gone. At least the missionaries built schools, hospitals, and a lot more. What are these current crooks building but a future that ensures our children remain slaves to their desires and egos? ![]() |
Tayorshd87:Thinking in a different direction is entirely different from what you and others who reason as you assert. By having a brain and a mind, we all can reason, dream, and ruminate. The problem here is some of you have taken to claiming, without evidence, that your dreaming is special and somehow connected to the workings of the spiritual... another claim is yet proven. ![]() I just had a dream where I was pulling up bushes with my hands and just as I pulled a huge chunk, I spied a snake wrapped around a mound and quickly got out of its way. The snake as soon as it realized itself exposed immediately dashed for a shaded area around a closet that was out in the open not too far from the location. Just then I saw a relative of mine approaching, and I quickly shoved him out of the path of the snake for fear that it might be a poisonous one. As I was busy pondering how to eliminate the snake, I woke up. I hate snakes and I hate dreaming of them the most. I did expect to dream of snakes this night since yesterday I discussed snakes. I have seen some before and it was never a good experience for me. If I run into a snake later on today or I spy a snake from the balcony maybe crawling along one of the trees, do I conclude that it was because I dreamt of a snake? ![]() Nature designed coincidences and de ja vus too; if you are to think in any direction, at least consider it all not live narrow-mindedly. |
OPICANTO2223:Revived the church meaning the church had always been a business from its inception? ![]() |
