Is this some sort of justification for their invasion of other lands and their continued destruction of lives and livelihoods? The thousands of lives that have been lost till date — 4000 deaths recorded in the South West since 2015 from the many clashes between herdsmen and farmers — is more than enough reason why these herdsmen need to be chased back from populated areas.

Tamed as how...they got exactly what they wanted. The Myetti Allah called for this weeks ago. They want the govt to assign funds to the Ministry, invest in land acquisition or work with the Govs, build the ranches and set up the system, then they will use it. They dont want to do all these or take on the Govs. I am sure that is their positon. Every year now, funds will be assigned to this Ministry for them to use. Like farmers, if they lose cattles, they wil want compensation, subsidy for feeds like fertilizers, subsidy for veterinary care and so on. The North won.

When will Southerners boycott meat and cattle supplied by these herders? Why are southerners not talking of cutting down on beat and goat and ram supplied by these herders completely abeg?

Why are warri people still consuming cattle and beef provided by these herders? Why have the people not boycotted cattle and meat supplied by these herders?
