She was arrested for smoking weed, right(assuming weed is illegal)? Otherwise this report wouldn't make sense.😒😒

1. Some rapes are justified under Islam. Husband rape, sex slaves, rape of minors, etc., are justified morally justified under Islam. Make sure the girl is aware of your intentions, so she can deal with the emotional fallout and decide what to do from there. Call up her parents and schedule a date to return the bride price. And then you can go from there to find yourself a future babymama. 😒

There is a difference between Islamic terrorists(and in general Islamists who commit these acts) and the ordinary non-Islamic men you find in other parts. The former have immunity under the law, whereas the latter are regarded as criminals by the same state. (Under Sharia Law, which is sanctioned by the very constitution of Nigeria, it is acceptable for an Islamist to rape any non-Islamic girl-- those they regard as unbelievers.) Basically, under Islam, it is halal(endorsed) for an Islamist to rape a non-Islamist. 😒

So, yes, the act is heinous, but let's not confuse the different situations as being the same. 😒

Even in the US,ICE agents are cracking down on illegal immigrants and deporting them in a legal and dignified manner. The do not killed them due to zenophobia like South Africa is doing. You rather deport them based on your national laws and Int'l Conventions. That's the right thing to do.

1. Again, xenophobia/racism/tribalism/hatred is not a criminal offense. It could be a motive for a crime, but it is not itself a crime.

2. Assault is a crime; xenophobia/racism/tribalism/hatred/dislike is not a crime. Know the difference so you don't get written off as someone with a victimhood mentality(people don't like those either).😒

3. I don't know of any record that states the violent attacks against migrants in South Africa are backed by the government. So, you are literally just arguing with yourself on this, as I have nothing to add without evidence from you. 😒

I suggest you acquaint yourself with the South African Constitution, Bill of Rights, and criminal code, as well as its immigration laws, rather than waste your time pretending some international convention will be some saving grace here. South Africa is not ruled by foreign powers, as it is a sovereign state with its own laws regarding how it deals with migration issues. 😒

5. If you go back through my post and to the OP, you would find that the topic is on the deportation of illegal immigrants, which is what I have posted in response to several times now. Violence against individuals is a whole other issue for a whole other thread, and that has nothing to do with this topic. 😒
