All that mater to them is your personality, money and attractions. But in EU, dating a younger girls of her bracket of age is not only risky but unwise. My paternal grandfather was also around the same age when he had child 1. Same thing..normal
Again, deepends. Yes, Down's syndrome, for example, the risk is higher with older parents , but a lot of older parents have normal children. Remember, it is a risk...it does not mean that you will have such kids.
(And even younger copules do have children with disability issues. I have met two women who have non-verbal autisitc children...and they gave birth long before they saw 40 years of age.)
