Senator Ashiru's team has installed Solar-powered streetlights in Oro and Ajase-Ipo (Irepodun local government) as well as Epe Opin in Ekiti local government area.
Our Correspondent gathered that the Light up Kwara South project will installed in many other communities.
In addition, major nights market in Kwara South will also benefit from the ongoing solar light installation.
The installing of streetlights would curb insecurity and engage residents to improve their business activities.
Recall that Senator Ashiru has facilitated similar projects and transformers to some communities inline with requests.

According to a source “NNPC is going take the whole cargo of fuel from Dangote therefore they determine the price since subsidy is still in play”
