Politics › Re: Reuben Abati: The Jonathan They Dont Know by kokoA(m): 4:43pm On Aug 26, 2012
IMHO I don't think a president who is really performing need this kind of cheap publicity from his media adviser undecided Fashola's adviser on media need not come out to tell us how fashola eats only ijebu garri before we know the dude is doing a good job in Lagos. My sincere advice for GEJ is "If you believ in your heart that you have the interest of Nigerians at heart, keep doing what you are doing, time will tell",but for now personaly, I think you are not a very good president yet. I might be wrong though. Thanks.

Deji's exit from channels was bound to happen. His style is beyound what a local Nigerian tv can comprehend. He belongs to the big league, hope to see him soon on CNN, BBC or Aljezeera. The younger guys will miss him.

all4naija: Nigerians who couldn't fill online forms are expecting to be employed in good positions. What a way to good in that country. The Nigerian graduates are not encouraging at all, with what I have seen so far on this thread!
I don't blame you. Its the person that bought your cyber cafe ticket that I will hold responsible for buying ticket for someone who forgot to pick his/her brain along when leaving the house.

Politics › Re: FG Considers Boko Haram’s Terms by kokoA(m): 3:25pm On Aug 19, 2012
floridam: Boko haram is politically sponsored to destabilize president Goodluck government.
Now that jTf have started killing tens in retaliation of boko haram bombing and shooting, the sponsors are beginning to shout genocide.
In my opinion, let boko haram continue with their bombing and also let JTF continue with their job and see who will run at a lose.
Gov't should not negotiate with terrorists.
Oju-olegba weed at work. grin

Politics › Re: El-rufai Replies Doyin Okupe by kokoA(m):
Speaking as an unbiased citizen, I think this government has ran out of ideas and the so called advisers and spokes men keep trivializing issues making the government look like child's play. A government that keeps telling us they know people behind boko haram for about a year now and has no idea of how to get them? Its very convinient for GEJ's sympatizers to blame the administration's woes on northern politicians. That is the most unreasonale way of thinking. How many times have the northern politicians in GEJ's government come out to condenm BH? Starting from the vp sambo to the ministers, advisers, etc. But they keep pointing fingers at the oposition. Will IBB, Buhari, elrufai, etc publicly condenmnation of BH stop the bombings?! This government blames everybody but itsself for Nigeria's problem. My little advice for GEJ and his 'attack dogs' is "Show us you guys are incharge and stop wasting time writing beautiful replies to someone's critism, put that time into solving Nigeria's problems".

They should also make breast feeding compulsory for Nigerian men. The rate at which our women deny their men this is becoming alarming.. Don't ask me how this will contribute to National development because I don't know.

I still cannot comprehend how a group of tauts made Fashola the governor as claimed by some people on this thread.. You mean to tell me that these agberos used forced millions of Lagosians to vote for ACN on the election day? I'd advice some people to think before typing.
Sports › Re: Nigeria Olympic Thread...to Be Updated Regularly by kokoA(m): 8:35am On Aug 05, 2012
Just out of curiousity.. When last have we had a cause to celeberate in this country?! From subsidy removal to boko bombings to flood disasters everywhere to DANA air crash to killings in the plateau, etc. Now see how worthless we have become in sports, our only source of joy before, we couldn't qualify for th Nations cup and olympics soccer (men and women). Just one medal (gold, silver or bronze) can help put smiles on our faces atleast for some hours.. Its really embarrasing that a country as big as Nigeria is strugling to win just a medal while in the midst of the crowd in these olympic venues, you will find our politicians or their family members seated and enjoying themselves. Isn't this funny? grin They loot monies that would have been used to get our athletes the facilities their coulegues abroad enjoy and use thesame loot to come watch a 'historic' event hoping that miracles will hapen and thesame people whose money they are spending recklessly will perform magic... Deep down in our hearts we knew Blessing Okagbare was not as good as the jamaicans and the American but just had to 'hope' since that is all we have left as a nation.. We put the hope of over 150million people on that small girl when under the right condition we would have had like two or more of our girls in the final. That was too much of a pressure for her to handle. The disapointing results across board makes me so sad.
