What of people who should have graduated 2 years ago at 29 but got delayed because of ASUU strikes and now graduating at 31? Will they serve or receive exemption?

I'm telling you.. I want to believe Buhari now knows that he failed as a president woefully because he followed all the advices from his northern men now that he is out of power.
