Famous American Rapper Kanye West said in a recent interview that he has “issues with Jesus” and would rather take things into his “own hands” than give Jesus full control. West made this known in an interview with radio personality Big Boy, where he appeared with fellow rapper Ty Dolla $ign, a collaborating artist on his new album Vultures 1. The interview, which lasted for over an hour was posted to Big Boy TV YouTube channel on Sunday “I have my issues with Jesus,” West began. “There’s a lot of stuff I went through, and I prayed, and I ain’t see Jesus show up.” “I had to put my experience in this world, my experience with my children, my experience with other people, my experience with my account, my experience with my brand and my experience with the level of music that I was dealing with, in my own hands.” West criticized American Christians in society today as not being proactive enough when given opportunities to help others. Later in the interview, West claimed that he is God of himself. ‘Cause I’m God,” he said, when asked about his success in the music industry and how he hasn’t “disappeared.” “And anyone who wants to disagree, I’m the God of me. You can’t tell me who I am. I can’t tell y’all. I could tell y’all. It’s your job to listen. I’m the God of me. I don’t know if I’m in heaven already.” Recall that Kanye garnered several attentions and headlines in 2019 after his open acceptance of Christianity and public conversion to the Christian faith. He also released his Jesus is King album same year. He also spent over $50 million performing “Sunday Service” events across the country, which he once said was an effort to spread the Gospel. https://believersportal.com/i-have-issues-with-jesus-cant-give-him-full-control-im-the-god-of-me-kanye-west/

84-year-old Warren Hern seems determined to keep killing the unborn at the Boulder, Colorado clinic he started over 50 years ago, doubling down on his lifelong commitment to abortion, insisting that any reason is a good reason for a woman to have her preborn child killed, even after admitting he has suffered from the reality of what he is doing. Hern told The Atlantic that for many years visions of an abortion he performed in the 1970s would awaken him at night. In that particular abortion, he used forceps to pull the child out from his mother, and was shocked to find the child’s heart still beating. His nightmare centered on the baby’s visibly beating heart, which, to a person of conscience, would be profound proof of the humanity of the living being he was in the process of killing. “He could see it in his mind, the inches-long body and its heart: beating, beating, beating,” the article noted. Hern could not recall how many babies were born alive over the decades of his practice, but admitted it could have been once or twice. https://believersportal.com/late-term-abortionist-confesses-to-being-haunted-by-visions-and-nightmares-of-babies/

Over twenty-five years ago, Tasian Nkundiye murdered his neighbor with a machete. “I am very grateful to her,” Nkundiye said of the widow, Laurencia Mukalemera. “Ever since I apologized to her after prison life, confessing to my crimes and asking her for forgiveness, she has accepted me. I even leave my children with her when I am away.” Today he lives nearby the widow of the man he killed. And somehow they are friends – their children and grandchildren play and share lunch together, their cows graze in the same field. A quarter century after the 1994 genocide that killed 75% of the country’s ethnic Tutsis, Rwanda has six “reconciliation villages” like Mbyo, where genocide survivors and perpetrators live alongside each other. Convicted killers re-integrate into society by publicly apologizing for their crimes. Survivors profess forgiveness. The villages are showpieces of President Paul Kagame’s policy of ethnic reconciliation, although some critics say the communities are forced and the reconciliation is artificial. About 3,000 victims and perpetrators live in the villages established by Prison Fellowship Rwanda, a Christian organization, and funded by the U.S. government, the United Nations and other donors to promote healing in Rwanda from the gaping wounds left by the genocide. Those in the villages also get help with housing and school fees. https://believersportal.com/a-gift-of-forgiveness-in-rwanda-woman-forgives-man-who-cut-her-husband-in-pieces/

Catholic father Edward Beck, a CNN religion commentator, has described Jesus as a Palestinian who lived in occupied Judea, in support of Palestine in the ongoing war between Israel and the Islamic country. In a post shared on his Instagram page, the Priest claimed Jesus was a Palestinian Jew born into a time when his country was occupied, as such there was no place found for Mary to even give birth. “They’re homeless, they eventually have to flee as refugees, into Egypt,” he claimed. Fr. Beck told CNN anchor Poppy Harlow, “I think the message of Christmas is that God enters into it with us, and we’re not alone in it,” he said. But then he picked up the socialist/Marxist rhetoric, trying to convince Christians and the rest of CNN’s audience that support for the “plight of the Palestinians” in the current Israel/Palestinian conflict is justified. Fr. Beck went on to say: “What I’m so struck by is that the story of Christmas is about a Palestinian Jew. Now, how often do you find those words put together? A Palestinian Jew born into a time when his country was occupied, right? They can’t find a place for her to even give birth. They’re homeless. They eventually have to flee as refugees, into Egypt no less,” Beck continued. “I mean, you can’t make up the parallels to our current world situation right now. And so, in some way, that is who we believe God becomes, born into that situation.” This is a clear attempt for the Fr. to rewrite history and garner support for the Palestinian terrorist group, Hamas. Let’s be clear: The term Palestinian is a regional term, much like referring to residents of the southern United States as “Southerners.” Before the word “Palestinian” or “Palestine” was used, the area was part of Egypt and called “Philistine” and the people “Philistines.” The terms “Palestinian” and “Palestine” first appeared in ancient Greek text during the 5th century BCE. By the 2nd century, the Romans called the region Palaestina Syria or Palestine. Some scholars believe that Roman Emperor Hadrian changed the name from Judaea to Palestine to erase the Jewish presence in the land because he thought it would ease tensions between militant Jews and Romans. The locals, of course, called the area Judea (from Judah) or the Holy Land. https://believersportal.com/catholic-priest-claims-jesus-is-a-palestinian-who-lived-in-jewish-land/

Mary was a young girl, probably only about 12 or 13 years old when the angel Gabriel came to her. She had recently become engaged to a carpenter named Joseph. Mary was an ordinary Jewish girl, looking forward to marriage. Suddenly her life would forever be changed. Mary was fearful and troubled in the presence of the angel. She could never have expected to hear the most incredible news — that she would have a child, and her son would be the Messiah. Although she could not comprehend how she would conceive the Savior, she responded to God with belief and obedience. Although Mary's life held great honor, her calling would demand great suffering as well. Just as there is pain in childbirth and motherhood, there would be much pain in the privilege of being the mother of the Messiah. |
