You shud come to UK and see the nonsense thats going on. They are actually proud of having babies at tender ages. Some even do it to get council flats.

This is happening because the govt is indirectly encouraging it. Cut all those benefits associated with having kids at a tender age and watch the decline. The British GOVT encourages it's citizens to be lazy - no wonder people frown at the taxes.
