some lady slapped some guy twice from behind at the bus-stop. The guy turned around and the lady said 'sorry' casually - said she thought the guy was someone else. The guy was dumbfounded and people were aleady pleading with the guy not to retaliate. The lady just acted as if she did nothing wrong.

Something about your behavior must have been making her very angry, and rather than communicate about this issue, she decided to reactively react thru violence --- This is certainly not the way to go about this.
